A historic neighbor to Scarp Ridge Lodge, Sopris House is a four-bedroom home that blends its original 1882 character with modern mountain style. Just a block from Elk Ave, it features cozy living spaces, en suite steam showers, and a private courtyard for small ceremonies. Attached is the exclusive Sopris Bar, a woodpaneled saloon just for guests.

› A two-night minimum private buyout of Scarp Ridge Lodge (accommodates up to 18 overnight guests) and/or Sopris House (accommodates up to 10 overnight guests) is required.
› Guests beyond the buyout capacity are subject to an additional fee per guest and per event for onsite events.
› $60 per additional guest for events at Scarp Ridge Lodge, with a max capacity of 80 guests.
› $30 per additional guest for events at Sopris House, with a max capacity of 60 guests.
› $75 per additional guest for events held across the two properties.
› A day-of coordinator or wedding concierge service addition is required (and pre-event planning services are highly recommended).
› For events that exceed the buyout capacity rentals (dishware, glassware, cutlery, furniture, linens, and serving pieces) sourced from a third-party vendor are required.
Furniture Removal
› Indoors: Tables and chairs may be removed; an additional fee applies for removing other lodge furniture.
› Outdoor Courtyard (Sopris House): Outdoor furniture may be rearranged or removed.
Ground Amenities
› Full use of all designated common areas for the event.
› Common-area bathrooms maintained by Eleven staff during the event.
› Trash removal and garbage receptacle service.
› Ice provided.
› Sopris House: Fire pit lit and managed for the duration of the event.
Event Time & Space Usage
› Eight hours of event time, including four hours for setup and breakdown; additional hours available for an added fee.
› Amplified music must end by 10:00 p.m., per town ordinance.
› Use of all designated common and public areas.
› A Lodge Manager and two lodge staff on duty during the event to ensure the property and facilities are maintained.
› Note: Number of staff based on event size and specifications.

Mountain Event at Irwin
› Situated about 12 miles from Crested Butte, our beautiful cat-skiing terrain at Irwin is available for offsite events of up to 24 guests. Please see page 19 for more details.
Scarp Ridge Lodge offers a variety of specialty bar packages for your events.
Sopris House does not provide beverage service. Please speak with us about recommended vendors and options for arranging beverages for your event.
Eleven must provide and serve all alcohol at Scarp Ridge Lodge. No outside liquor is permitted. Outside wine is permitted with the general manager’s approval and includes a corkage fee.
› $24/hour per person with a fourhour minimum. Prosecco is an additional $4/person.
› Open bar with pre-selected house alcohol, including one label of each liquor type (vodka, gin, rum, tequila, whiskey, scotch), one red wine label, one white wine label, one rosé label, and up to three types of beer/cider/seltzer. Please inquire for our seasonal list of alcohol selections.
Premium Bar Package
› $34/hour per person with a fourhour minimum. Champagne/Prosecco is an additional $6/person.
› Open bar with pre-selected premium alcohol, including one label of each liquor type (vodka, gin, rum, tequila, whiskey, scotch), two red wine labels, two white wine labels, one rosé label, and up to four types of beer/cider/seltzer. Please inquire for our seasonal list of alcohol selections.
› Pre-selected cases of champagne and sparkling wines are available at an additional cost.

For couples seeking a remote mountain wedding, Irwin offers a stunning micro-wedding venue surrounded by Crested Butte’s most iconic peaks. Set about 12 miles from town at our cat-skiing terrain, this venue option also includes private use of our two small on-mountain cabins.

Q. How late can our party last?
Music must end by 10:00 p.m. at the property due to local noise ordinances. All event guests who are not staying on property must depart by 10:00 p.m. Gatherings of any guests or vendors on the property after the event is prohibited.
Q. Can I plan my own wedding?
Day-of wedding coordinator services are mandatory and pre-event planning services are highly recommended.
Q. Am I able to host a rehearsal dinner or wedding luncheon at the property?
We would be happy to host all of your events. Additional events have associated costs, including a charge per additional guest beyond the buyout capacity, as well as the associated food and beverage costs. Please reach out for more information.
Q. What do the roles of Eleven’s Experience Manager, a third-party wedding planner, and a third-party dayof coordinator differ?
Eleven’s Experience Manager coordinates the lodging and itinerary details of all overnight guests, including rooming, travel, meals, and activity bookings. They will connect with your overnight guests six weeks prior to the stay, are on-site from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and liaise with the wedding planner or coordinator. A dayof coordinator, who handles day-of event logistics such as vendor management, bridal details, scheduling, and decor styling, is required for events that exceed the buyout capacity. A wedding planner, who will aid in the entire process of preevent planning, day-of management, and communications between all vendors and Eleven’s Experience Manager, is highly recommended. › Sales Tax: Will be added to the final invoice.
› Guest Numbers: Final guest count must be confirmed 30 days prior to the event. Charges will be based on this number. Any increases within 30 days must be approved by the culinary team and are not guaranteed.
› Required Booking Window: Bookings must be confirmed at least 90 days prior to the wedding date.
› Event Duration: Eight hours of event time are included. Additional hours are available for an extra charge. All events must end by 10:00 p.m.
› Venue Access: Full use of all designated common areas for the event is included.
› Furniture Adjustments: Furniture can be rearranged or removed in certain areas with prior approval from Lodge management.
› Setup & Breakdown Time: A total of four hours is included for event setup and breakdown.
› Breakfast: Breakfast is included for overnight guests and scheduled between 7:30–10:00 a.m., with flexibility up until 11:00 a.m. if needed.
› In-House Tableware: For events at or below the buyout capacity, our property’s tableware is included (includes champagne flutes, wine glasses (red/white), water glasses, highballs, rocks glasses, martini glasses, cutlery, plateware, linen, chairs, and tables.) Additional charges apply for events that exceed the buyout capacity or for custom rental ware that matches a specific theme or color.
› Restroom Access: Scarp Ridge Lodge offers two common area bathrooms during the event, each with an amenity basket, including hand balm, handwash, and event towels. The lodge team will ensure its cleanliness.
› Only the guests staying in the rooms may use their en suite bathrooms during events.
› Cake Cutting Service
› Accommodations: A minimum two-night private buyout of Scarp Ridge Lodge or Sopris House is required. Sales tax is not included and will be added to the final invoice.
› Wedding Planning Services: Day-of coordinator services are required for events that exceed the buyout capacity, and must be paid for separately. Pre-event planning is highly recommended.
› Additional Event Services: Florals, photography, decor, rentals, party favors, DJ/band, transportation, and coat check must be paid for separately.
› Guest Transportation: Guests are responsible for arranging transportation, which must be paid for separately. Our team can assist with identifying vendors.
› Food & Beverage: Apart from the food and beverage inclusions for overnight guests (see Page 17), catering and bar packages are priced separately. Please see Page 17 for bar packages at Scarp Ridge Lodge, and get in touch for catering options.
