50/50 L.G. Entertainment, LLC Incorporated in 2007, we have built a solid infrastructure to address the challenges of entertainment industry production and distribution of various media forms. Our corporate structure is a diverse mix of individuals with varying skill sets, who collaborate to develop and distribute relative media content. To this end, we represent talented artists, composers and producers supported by an experienced professional services staff.
Mondre Boggs, VP of Media Relations, is a mainstay in the Philadelphia area radio disc jockey circuit. In addition, he is a successful entrepreneur and founder of the label.
Shamon Tooles, VP of Marketing & Artist Development, controls all aspects of creative development for our artists, including his own career. His innovative marketing techniques include a digital magazine platform that allows us to publish relative media internationally. His numerous ties to NBA players bring an added ability to create cooperative synergy.
Michael S. Jackson, Esq., is counsel for the label handling all legal and contractual issues related to our entertainment industry endeavors. Our publishing arm, CV 4 Life Publishing, is an ASCAP member publishing house that licenses the usage of our content for various media platforms. Our intent is to control the ownership and usage of our content by securing all necessary rights in building a usable catalog. On the upcoming “Crown Holder” project, CV 4 Life Publishing owns all intellectual property, having been assigned all necessary rights. This allows the label flexibility in negotiating the usage of this material at its own discretion. This type of business modeling is the framework for which we intend to build a viable media outlet that’s compatible in today’s varied content distribution networks. It is our mission to build a network of relationships to aid in the distribution of our content internationally. Our current focus is the distribution of our artist Toolez throughout Canada, the U.S., Germany and the U.K... His project, “The Crown Holder”, is complete as we are currently shopping the project for a late summer release.
