Life skills are the key to unlocking the potential within our children. They help children learn who they are and what they can become. Children who are equipped with strong life skills can navigate modern society and overcome the twists and turns of life along the way.

A growing number of young people are lost on what career pathway to pursue. To grow Allen County, we must create pathways to connect those students with our region’s employers. Through hands-on experience with skilled trades and other career opportunities come within reach.

A community that lifts all of its members up will grow and prosper together. For Allen County’s young people to con dently pave their own career paths, we as the business and education community along with families must provide them with every resource they need – and cheer them on along the course.
