HOLIDAY INN RAPID CITY DOWNTOWN

After a summer hailstorm pummeled the Holiday Inn Rapid City Downtown in 2020, substantial repairs were imminent. The team had a decision to make. Do they patch things up and keep things as they were? Or do they use this disaster as an opportunity, and reimagine what this beloved hotel could become?

They chose the latter, and seeing their imagination come to life has dramatically changed the fifth street corridor.

The dramatic changes to the façade include a fresh color palette, a new roofline to give the hotel a more contemporary look and feel, and energyefficient windows. The Summit Arena at The Monument draws visitors from across the country. The new look of the Holiday Inn (in addition to their rockstar team), enhances the experience for both visitors and locals alike.
