Success Story - Tapton School Academy Trust Whole Trust Safeguarding with a Lockdown Alert System

Tapton School Academy Trust, a group of nine academies in Sheffield, introduced lockdown measures to safeguard and enhance safety across their sites following a tragic local incident.

The solution needed a unique audio-visual signal for lockdown, to be remotely or locally operated and independent of IT infrastructure, and cover both internal and external areas across each academy.

After reviewing school floorplans, our LOCAS system was chosen. Wireless functionality allows for quick and efficient installation, complimented by full onboarding and ongoing support for the Trust.
