Elementary Technology is proud to partner with Galileo Multi-Academy Trust, supporting their mission to enhance digital learning across ten primary schools, modernising classrooms and other facilities to boost teaching and student engagement with cutting-edge educational tools.
Our journey with Galileo began with a Classroom Healthcheck assessing their schools' technology to help prioritise budget and align investments with their goals.
Through our partnership and the installation of new SMART boards, an environment was created that fosters continuous feedback and improvement, enhancing teaching and learning.
This collaboration showcases the impact of a wellEdTech strategy, and we're excited to continue supporting their vision for a digitally enriched education system for both teachers and students.

“The Classroom Healthcheck® allowed the trust an opportunity to consider what we needed, to plan budget and set priorities to enable the technology roll out.”
Anthony McGeeney Headteacher - Galley Hill Primary School
Rob, Headteacher
Tapton School Academy Trust, a group of nine academies in Sheffield, introduced lockdown measures to safeguard and enhance safety across their sites following a tragic local incident. The solution needed a unique audio-visual signal for lockdown, to be remotely or locally operated and independent of IT infrastructure, and cover both internal and external areas across each academy.
After reviewing school floorplans, our LOCAS system was chosen. Wireless functionality allows for quick and efficient installation, complimented by full onboarding and ongoing support for the Trust.
“The system is simple to use and gives us the confidence that, if any of our academies needed to trigger a lockdown, our school community is safeguarded.”
Lewis Askin Trust IT Director
“It is really valuable to us that Elementary Technology understood who we are as a school. We're unique in so many ways and have a really strong vision for what we want for our teachers, young people and also our local rural community.”
Robert Hunter
Elementary Technology were privileged to be chosen to support the digital transformation of this small primary school; through a funded pilot initiative from the Department for Education.
We approached the project using our Planning, Choosing, Buying, Using framework. The first step was undertaking a Classroom Healthcheck® to understand where they were with their technology.
We upgraded all areas of the school with new technology, and after a full day EdTech workshop in our Experience Centre, staff returned to school excited and empowered to commence their digital transformation. This continues to be supported by our three year training and CPD plan.

Our Classroom Healthcheck® has helped hundreds of schools and Multi-Academy Trusts to fully understand the challenges they encounter when using technology for effective teaching, learning and school management.
An experienced EdTech Consultant visits your school to gather information and data on where you are now with technology; at classroom level, school level and if appropriate, aggregated up to Trust level. We collate data on hardware, software and teacher and pupil experience.
Understanding this in expert detail is essential before you invest time and funds on next steps.
We then present our findings to you and work with you to help plan improvements. This starts with making more of what you have now and then if it helps, helping you map out the next 3 - 5 years.

Christine Mayers Head of Education & Training
Often our training will take place in your environment on your equipment, meaning everything you learn is grounded in your reality.
This gives teachers the confidence needed to start creating engaging and enjoyable learning experiences straight away.
“After an introductory session online, a lot of the training has been in-class, during lessons, coaching teachers with tips and ideas in the lesson itself. It means that we focus exactly on what we and the children need in the moment, and it’s then consolidated in a session after school.”
“The atmosphere in the room was electric! The engagement from all staff was infectious because of the way that the tools and ideas were introduced.”
We’re here to help you bring measurable impact to your classroom using technology, always supported by our specialist expertise, coaching, CPD and more.
The latest interactive displays for example, used alongside software, devices and a dose of vision and enthusiasm, reduce teacher workload, enable cost savings and bring about real impact on pupils’ lives at school.

It’s fair to say that a school’s choice of software, and its effective use, is a game changer for teaching and learning. This is why it’s essential schools work with a supplier who understands software for education.
Speak to us about making more of the software you have, perhaps using add-ons where they may help, or else undertaking a transformation in how you’re using software in the classroom.
A visualiser shows text, images, work and objects in large scale via your classroom display. With many now wireless, they are portable and can be taken to pupils’ desks, minimising potential disruption. A clear differentiated alert system providing protection for staff, pupils and visitors during a lockdown situation.
With a growing number of lockdown incidents in schools, site security is more important than ever to protect your school community from internal and external threats.
Having a separate alarm system, which is distinct from your fire bell and can be triggered from anywhere on your site, gives clear communication to all areas of your school.
This reduces the risk of putting people in harm’s way - whether the threat is external to school perimeter, inside the school perimeter or inside the school building.
LOCAS provides a variety of audio warnings accompanied with a flashing light allowing for greater accessibility, which can supplement other on-site technology to assist protection.
As part of our commitment to share best practice using technology with schools, we have built a tool to help schools understand their readiness for a lockdown situation. Scan the QR code for free access to the tool.
Communicate, present and promote your school’s content to students, staff and parents.
The latest school signage technology gives you the tools to create, edit and display images, text and video on one screen or on several, using a single, secure log in.
Our solutions include screen technology, software, installation and all the training you need, helping to facilitate on-site messaging to your school community.
