Las Primas Cerveza Beer Can Design
As someone who is from Jalisco, Mexico, Agave is one of its largest crop grown resulting in being the largest export of tequila. So I wanted to put my own twist onto that matter and made it into a beer. So using the fact that agave is wildly accessible in that state, why not make it one of the main ingredient of the product. My logo was heavily inspired by my Mexican culture and earth tones.

confessions of an ugly queer... a journal of grief and self acceptance Poem Book Design
Inspired by self acceptance and poem books, confessions of an ugly queer is a book about my experiences growing up as a queer child in a traditional catholic, mexican household. For the main cover I wanted to go for more of a sketched look to set the tone of rough edges and a journey of coming to be.

Payasa Paint is part of my packaging design which is face paint for any clowns out there or people who are into fun makeup. I tried to make the look as fun as possible but still maintain that clean look. For the packing portion, I took inspiration from boxes of face creams as it works well what I was going for. As nowadays most products are vegan and cruelty- free to be able to appeal to a larger audience.

Carlos’ Creamery Menu Design
For the menu design I wanted the logo to be really playful, but clean. So I incorporated the art within the text and it turned out very well. For my layout I took inspo from many trendy and new ice cream shops with the minimalistic look but more fun. For the flavors I incorporated everyone from dairy lovers to people who may not be able to consume and give options.

Muneca
Toy Magazine
Ever since as a kid, I have been in love with dolls. All the times I would get in trouble playing with them only made me love them more. So for this concept I took an emerging brand “Rainbow High” and gave the spotlight to the character Sheryl. Since her outfit is very school girl-like, for the set design I went with school materials to make it cohesive. The magazine name is Muneca which translates to doll in spanish.

Casita
Clothing Brand
The whole concept of Casita is taking old clothing pieces and turning them into something new. For my shirt sample I took an old shirt as the base and took a pair of old pants to make the mushrooms and the spots on them. I went for an eco-friendly brand that recycles and that’s what most consumers want and look for in a company that values the environment. The logo was much inspired by cottage-core aesthetics.

T-Shirt Design
Inspired by clowns and makeup, and the typography translates to “The Sad Clown”.

T-Shirt Design
Inspired by the hit single from Melanie Martinez titled “Pity Party”.
