DAY 2 : Camp at Shola forests
Our representatives will meet you at the air port (or at the spot of your arrival) and we will proceed to Munnar, the enchanting hill station. On the way to Munnar visit the spectacular waterfalls at Cheeyappara and Valara. Cheeyapara waterfalls regarded as one of Kerala's most splendid waterfalls has the waters cascading down the seven steps elegantly at Cheeyappara giving a superb feast for eyes. Valara waterfalls located 42km away from Munnar, is falling from 1000 meters height. After arrival at Munnar, check in to
The trekking commences from silent Valley Estate. It will be a refreshing 3 to 4 hours trekking through the alluring tea plantations. Visit Grandis plantation. Then, camp at Land’s end surrounded by plantations. The thick shola forest near the camp will add an enigmatically magical charm to your night.
Today, trek through Meesapulimala, the second highest peak in South India (8790 feet from sea level). After an 8-hours hard-trek through tea plantations and grassy hills, reach Rhodo Valley where we will camp.
DAY 5 : Camp at Bottom Station
DAY 6 : Camp at Kolukkumala
DAY 7 : Munnar / Thekkady
Nature thrills 7 Nights 8 days Trek starts at 9.30 a.m. For 2-3 hours trek through tea plantations, reach Suryanelli. Have tea and snacks there, enjoying the rural ambience. Then drive to Munnar / Thekkady.
Trek starts at 9 a.m. Trek down through cotton trees, and falls (7-8 hours). Reach Bottom Station (1700 m). Camp there at bottom station.
Trek starts at 9 a.m. after 8 hrs of ascending trek through grassy hills, tea plantations, reach Kolukkumala – World’s highest tea growing estate (7900 ft MSL). Enjoy packed lunch. Camp at Kolukkumala.
