2 Storey Dwelling
59 Tapu Road
This project is a two-storey house that has 2 dwellings. The concept of the house is designed with vastu shastra in mind which was requested by the client.
The main dwelling and the minor dwelling. The client requested a minor dwelling to rent out for future use. The main house consists of 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 3 ensuites, balcony and a double garage. It has 1 living area and 2 lounges on both floors. The lounge on the ground floor is to be used as a temple room as part of the client’s religion.
The minor dwelling has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Since the minor dwelling is attached to the main house, I consulted with a fire engineer to fire rated the minor dwelling.
Building Consent
The balcony on the first floor is located above the dining area on the ground floor which needs to be waterproof. I’ve designed and drawed the waterproof decking details according to the building code E2 External Moisture.
4x TWO STOREY
SUBDIVISION: 4x TWO STOREY
1 Sea Spray Drive
This project was my first sub-division project. The site had an existing house that was sub-divided into 4 two-storey houses. Each house had a single garage, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 ensuite.

Devonport Kitchen Residential Project 3
StatementDesigning a kitchen fit-out in a heritage house located in Devonport; the client, Lindsay and Paul wanted an eclectic mix of furnishings, bringing a nautical theme. A fresh light an airy colour palette of tonal blues and white along with textual materials connect to the costal theme. Using a nautical-inspired pendant and salvaged plank effect materials enhance the space. Kohler Bathroom
Design Statement
Nature’s Wisdom through Time
As we age through time, the elders of our society hold knowledge and wisdom. From past generations and life experiences, we gain knowledge and understanding which we carry throughout life and pass them onto the next generation.
For Kohler bathroom design proposal, the user is an elderly couple in their 80s who wish to continue living in their home in Titirangi. They both have arthritis and movement restriction issues in which the bathroom design needs to accommodate. The design proposal will imple ment the ergonomic and anthropometric design to create a practical, functional and user-friendly design for this space.
Warm colour gives a sense of comfort and safety.
Focus is the bathing and washing process.
Ritual space for bathing at home.
Sculptural and functional walk-in bathtub.
User friendly for the elderly with smart technology.

Details & Sketches5
For this project, the client’s house was being redesigned and re-clad with new cladding. The house failed an inspection by the inspector and had requested new details for each cladding junction around the house. I provide sketch details and manufacture’s details for the inspector from the Auckland Council.
I have drawn hand sketch details and 2D details with a refence photo taken at the site to show the inspector which detail refers to which area of the house.
THANK YOU
