You can Find a Consultant near you to help you with your warranty issues Or you can create a Tupperware.com account and then Submit a Warranty Request Online. Depending on your product, we will either be able to replace it OR give you store credit toward your next Tupperware.com purchase. To submit the request, you’ll need to: 1. Locate the mold number on the product. Every Tupperware product has a two-part number stamped into it. The first part (before the dash) is the mold number. Heads up: it can be super teeny-tiny. 2. Take a picture to upload to show us what’s wrong with your product. Hang on to your product for 30 days as we may ask you to send it in. Certain items, such as cookware and knives, will always need to be shipped to us for replacement or credit.
