About EvanLacopo
Evan is a Vice President of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty. Prior to re-affiliating with TTRSIR, he served as Co-President of Douglas Elliman Real Estate for the Washington DC region. He excels at serving homebuyers, sellers and investors; all thanks to his extensive background in leadership, as a realtor, loan officer, mortgage company owner and active community member. Evan serves on the Board of Directors for the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors.
Prior to his licensure as a realtor, Evan co-founded Trusted Advisors Mortgage, the nation’s leading mortgage lender providing home financing services for the high-net-worth clients of accountants, attorneys, and financial planners. His company was acquired by Access National Bank in 2002. The following year, he earned his real estate license and, subsequently, his broker’s certification, rising to the position of managing broker at TTR|Sotheby’s. There, he leveraged his leadership skills, vast network and genuine desire to serve, leading one of TTRSIR’s most successful offices.
Being a native Washingtonian gives Evan a significant advantage when it comes to in-depth regional real estate market knowledge. He is licensed in Virginia, Washington DC and Maryland, and is passionate about the Metropolitan DC real estate industry. It is that passion that sets Evan apart, along with his vision, creativity, and ability to listen to clients, agents and management in order to ascertain their needs and goals.
In addition, community is vitally important to Evan. He is a graduate of Leadership Center for Excellence and has served in several leadership positions on non-profit boards, including the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Washington DC, as well as Bridges to Independence, an organization whose mission is to help end systemic poverty in Arlington, Virginia. He has also served on his civic association board in Cherrydale and has hosted fundraising events for Cherrydale and the Cherrydale Volunteer Fire Department.
