Sorority membership is a lifelong commitment. Sorority women value sisterhood and being together for support and fellowship. To join a sorority is to find your home away from home. If you are hoping to make new lifelong friends, membership in one of our value-based organizations can be the adventure of a lifetime. At EKU, sorority women engage in a variety of activities together. Women will attend regular chapter meetings, plan annual philanthropy events, and participate in sisterhood activities. Sisterhood activities might include movie nights, road trips, or social gatherings. Notable community traditions include Greek Week, Homecoming, and participation in various intramural sports. During sorority recruitment, we encourage you to connect with the women you meet!

Sororities are committed to scholastic excellence and lifelong learning. This is exemplified through academic performance. In addition to maintaining academic standards for members, chapters also provide support programs for members.
