Attire: A tank top or t-shirt, neutral bottoms, and comfortable shoes. You will receive a t-shirt from the sorority you join to change into!

Leadership is defined as a process in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a shared goal. Holding a leadership position in a student organization is a great way to develop personal leadership skills, to network, and to build your resume. Many notable leadership positions on campus are held by members of fraternities and sororities including: Orientation leaders, GURUs, Student Government Association officers, and student athletes. Additionally, the sorority community gives members many leadership opportunities to lead within the chapters and in the community. Each chapter also has development programming including workshops on how to become an effective leader. The leadership skills you build at EKU can help you be a successful in the future.
