Formal recruitment involves the 7 National Panhellenic Conference chapters at Eastern Kentucky University. A women is eligible to participate in recruitment and join a sorority if she is enrolled at the University. She must not have been an initiated member of any National Panhellenic Conference sorority.

Throughout this process you will have a Recruitment Counselor (Gamma Chi)! She is there to guide you before recruitment starts with any questions or concerns you may have! She will also be there throughout recruitment to meet with you daily, go over any questions you have about your schedule or concerns you may have about the process.

After you have attended all the events on your schedule, you will particiapate in Chapter Selection. This process should be completed Immediately after your last event. You will use this time to select the chapter(s) you would like to visit the next day!

Open House at North*

Tuesday, August 22, 2023 - 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Attire: Whatever you feel comfortable in! You will be walking a little bit.

Orientation*

Wednesday, August 23, 2023 -

7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Attire: PJ's!

(We will be going over what the weekend will look like and what to wear!)

Round 1: Sisterhood

Thursday, August 24, 2023 and Friday, August 25, 2023

Attire: Panhellenic Provided t-shirt, personality bottoms, and comfortable shoes (sandals, sneakers, etc.)

Round 2: Philanthropy

Saturday, August 26, 2023

Attire: We recommend a "dressy casual" outfit
