We are so excited that recruitment for Fall 2023 is approaching and that you are considering joining Greek Life.The Panhellenic community can provide you an opportunity to excel academically with chapter scholarship opportunities. Joinging a Panhellenic group provides a great system as well as lifelong friendships and an organizattion that can help you grow as an individual.

On behalf of the Panhellenic community, we would like to provide you with this booklet of materials to help you prepare for Fall 2023 recruitment. Formal Recruitmentt has been planned by the Panhellenic Association. We aim to assist students in getting settled into classes, as well as visit chapters and meet your amazing Gamma Chis. Gamma Chis are also known as recruitment counselors and they will be working with you on finding your home away from home. They are women who are members of the seven Panhellenic chapters, and have left their sisters from their affiliation for a short time to help you through this amazing experience.

EKU has seven Panhellenic chapters that you will visit on the first two days of recruitment. The chapters are: Alpha Delta Pi, Alpha Gamma Delta, Alpha Omicron Pi, Chi Omega, Delta Zeta, Kappa Alpha Theta, and Kappa Delta. The Panhellenic Council oversees recruitment to ensure each Potential New Member feels comfortable and that each chapter has a fair recruitment. The Panhellenic Council is a group of nine women from various chapters that were selected Fall 2022. The Panhellenic Council and Gamma Chis will be supporting you and will always be available to discuss your recruitment experience. Making decisions while in your first weeks of classes can be difficult, and we encourage you to open up to our Panhellenic Council and Gamma Chis to make the recruitment process easier. We are here for you! Recruitment is a great opportunity to meet new people and develop relationships within the first couple weeks of school. Please use all the resources we have provided for you to assist you in making the decision that best fits you and your needs.
