Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year We are excited that you are joining us as we embark on a new year of teaching and learning at Everman Joe C. Bean High School. As the proud principal, I aim to ensure that your scholar receives a high-quality education on their way to becoming a positive change agent that will positively change their community and the world.

My career in education spans over 18 years, all at the high school level. I began teaching at Dallas ISD whereas as a classroom teacher, I taught biology, chemistry, physics, and anatomy & physiology. I later transitioned to Cedar Hill Collegiate High School as a Pre-AP chemistry teacher before moving into administration at Cedar Hill High School as an assistant principal for four years I then served as an assistant and associate principal at Lake Ridge High School in Mansfield ISD

This year we will continue our commitment to excellence in all that we do. We will continue to implement initiatives, processes, and systems that promote quality instruction and learning while simultaneously connecting with our stakeholders

I am excited about all that this new school year has to offer. I look forward to working collectively with you to ensure our scholars have the best educational experience possible as they become critical thinkers and responsible citizens I look forward to continuing to build relationships with our scholars, faculty, and the community to ensure that we live up to our campus expectation of EXCELLENCE, EVERYWHERE, EVERY DAY.
