DAN POWELL EARLY LEARNING ACADEMY Dan Powell Early Learning Academy will be a flagship academy for all Everman ISD early learners, including Pre-K, Kindergarten, and all other early childhood programs. The Early Learning Academy will focus on providing a structured, yet nurturing environment specializing in meeting the unique educational needs of the early learner. The Dan Powell Early Learning Academy will encompass the following characteristics:

ROY JOHNSON STEM ACADEMY Roy Johnson STEM Academy will allow students to explore an education in the diverse fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. The STEM Academy will give educators the opportunity to deeply engage students intellectually by allowing them to pursue their specific interests, aspirations, and skills that are relevant in the world today.

Roy Johnson STEM Academy will offer courses that align with many of the Programs of Study that are offered at the high school level. The program's success will be achieved through collaborations, vertical alignment, and partnerships between the school and the community. This STEM Academy will be a dynamic addition to Everman ISD, enabling 21st Century Learners to compete in a global society.

CAREER AND TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION (CTE) EISD Career & Technical Education offers a variety of Career Focuses. Each Career Focus has a developed coherent sequence of courses to provide students with an option to receive an Endorsement with their high school diploma based on House Bill 5 Foundation Graduation Program Requirements. Each Career Focus begins with foundation courses that allow students to explore careers and learn basic concepts and skills needed within that focus. As students move forward in the Career Focus, they will begin to take technical courses that provide them with advanced knowledge and skills in preparation for postsecondary education and/or for jobs in their chosen career field. Many Career Focuses also prepare students to complete industry certifications that will allow them to become more employable with higher starting wages and provide them with a Performance Acknowledgement in an Endorsement.
