Our team safely and efficiently restores your evaporative cooling system to pristine condition, irrespective of type, model, or manufacturer.

Complimentary Detailed Inspections and Evaluations

Understanding your tower’s current state is crucial for effective budgeting and proactive maintenance. We provide free inspections and evaluations to assess your cooling tower’s condition.

Our detailed inspection reports offer recommendations to minimize the risk of unplanned downtime, restore your tower to peak efficiency, and prolong its lifespan.

Projects A showcase of our exceptional projects, where innovation meets precision and excellence

Academy Museum of Motion Pictures Los Angeles, California We installed a 100-ton heat recovery chiller in the meticulously coordinated Academy Museum of Motion Pictures building, in collaboration with Buri Happold Engineers.

The Multistack heat recovery chiller simultaneously produces cooling and heating, which cools critical spaces in the building, such as the galleries and server rooms. Due to the large terrace, the concern was how to condition an outdoor space without wasting energy.

Purpose-built for these circumstances, the heat recovery chiller rejects heat which is captured by the radiant floor slab on the large terrace, keeping guests warm during evening events.

Fox Tower Portland, Oregon In conjunction with Sazan Group, we reduced over 10% of the system static pressure and realized significant energy savings in the 27-story residential and commercial space.

Our team achieved an energy reduction of 371,785 kWh per year for the project, which involved removing one of the sound attenuators and putting in a more efficient fan wall supplied by Xnrgy. Additionally, we achieved a uniform cooling coil velocity profile, resulting in greater chilled water system efficiency.

Yuba County Health & Human Services Marysville, California This project involved replacing outdated units and installing two cutting-edge 115-ton rooftop units at the Yuba County building.

We incorporated PETRA’s highly customized rooftop units, known for their exceptional performance and reliability. These units, featuring 100% redundancy in incoming power lines and DDC controllers, ensured uninterrupted cooling for the facility and its occupants, solidifying the successful partnership between ATC and PETRA in delivering cutting-edge HVAC solutions.

Health Trust of America - Arizona Del Webb Sun City West, Arizona In a collaborative effort, Air Treatment and Petra upgraded outdated units at Arizona Del Webb with revolutionary custom 90-ton evaporative condensing rooftop units. These units excel in ultra-high efficiency, boast redundant VFDs, and incorporate four independent refrigeration circuits for maximum reliability.

Crafted for continuous operation, the units include two lead circuits with VFD scrolls, ensuring precise temperature and humidity control. The successful integration underscores the shared commitment of Air Treatment and Petra to deliver cutting-edge, reliable solutions that optimize energy efficiency and enhance comfort.
