AGENT TRANSITION PLANNING Recommended milestones for making a smooth transition to KW Park City.

4 WEEKS BEFORE • Receive and accept offer letter from the CEO of Keller Williams Park City. • Take a new head shot or team photo if needed. BRAND DECISIONS (if you've signed the Offer Letter.)

• If you'd like to use our branded KW marketing collateral, then skip to the next section - "3 Weeks Before." • If you have an existing brand, what pieces of your marketing collateral will need to be updated to reflect your new brokerage? Create a list of the marketing items you'll need to change. Our marketing team can get started right away. • If you want to develop your own brand right away, this process should be initiated at this point. Our marketing team can help develop all of the aspects of your brand.

3 WEEKS BEFORE

1 WEEK BEFORE • New yard signs should be ready for installation. Create a list of properties that you will need new yard signs for and send it to the KW Marketing Department to coordinate swapping. • Compile a list of your current business (listings + buyers) to give to your broker.

WEEK OF • Let your new KW office know when you'll be officially making the move. • Fill out Initial Paperwork (Agent Information, PCBOR Transfer Form, ICA, Sponsor Designation by Agent) • Write and sign any needed Team Agreements. • Office orientation and tech training. Participate in1 hr Onboarding Session with Broker and review Listings Transfer Training. • KW creates email, logins and KW accounts for you after paperwork. • Upload you Database into KW Command CRM.

• KW will setup a custom Listing Presentation for you and provide three prints.

• Send out letter, postcard, or email to your current clients/sphere to notify them.

• Submit your bio to KW Marketing so that we can prepare a social media post and a "Welcome" email announcement that will be sent to the PCBOR.

• Update your email signature and social media accounts with KWPC logos/info.

2 WEEKS BEFORE • Tell your manager/broker you are leaving. • Download your Contacts from your database if they will not be available after your transition. Ensure you have hard copies of all the documents that relate to your past and present transactions, as well as any documents you use regularly: listing presentations, buyer questionnaires, etc • Inform your current clients of your intentions to move. • Have KW Marketing design and order new yard signs and business cards at KWPCAgent.com
