Hello Neighbor! HI, MY NAME IS…Scott Mitchell. I’VE LIVED IN PEORIA SINCE 2006 AND I LOVE IT BECAUSE… the weather is great most of the year and there is great access to lots of outdoor activities. A TYPICAL DAY IN MY LIFE INCLUDES… walking the dogs, taking the kids to school, seeking to serve the community at work, stopping in at the gym, and coaching my kids’ soccer teams. MY FAMILY IS… my wife of 14 years, Leigh, my 11year old daughter, Vivian, my 8-year old son, Easton, and two sweet and rambunctious pit bulls. MY FAVORITE MOVIE I COULD NEVER GET TIRED OF WATCHING AND WHY IS… “Dumb and Dumber.” Life can’t be taken seriously all the time!

ONE THING I CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT IS… a gallon of coffee in the morning! WHEN I WAS YOUNGER, I WANTED TO BE… a medic on an emergency helicopter or a hotshot firefighter. THE SONG I WOULD SING AT KARAOKE NIGHT IS… “Good Directions” by Billy Currington. THE ONE PERSON WHO MOTIVATES ME IS… this is a tough question — my pastors motivate me in various ways, I have a business mentor, my patients, pioneering chiropractors, and my family. MY FAVORITE LOCAL NONPROFIT IS… the Arizona Humane Society. MY LIFE IS… busy but great!
THE LAST THING THAT MADE ME LAUGH OUT LOUD WAS… a funny video my wife sent me of the bet a guy lost after losing his fantasy football league. THE PERFECT DAY IS… a mountain bike ride, getting outside with my family, relaxing, and watching the Green Bay Packers win! THE BEST GIFT I’VE EVER RECEIVED WAS… going to Lambeau to watch the Packers play for my 40th birthday. MY DREAM VACATION WOULD BE… a week of snowboarding followed by a week of scuba diving and relaxing on the beach. THE BEST PIECE OF ADVICE I’VE EVER RECEIVED IS… have fun but get stuff done.
