Nature
By Kenzie B.
Nature is so balmy.
Also blossoming everywhere
Buzzing with life everywhere you look.
Fragrant smell everywhere you go, The sunsets so golden
Every forest so mellow, Some forests are so pristine.
2
Seaside
By Marlee B.
Soft sand
Crashing waves
Clear blue skies
Rest across the bay
Salty water
Lots of seaweed
Hear no voices, But the birds that scream.

I AM
By Jackson B.
I am respectful and cheerful.
I wonder if the world is going to be normal again. I hear oceans. I see the oceans. I want a burger. I am respectful and cheerful. I pretend to be president. I feel comfortable. I pet my dog.
I worry about my old dog’s health. I cry about family members who are dead. I am respectful and cheerful.
I understand something that is true. I say ghosts. I dream about the Marine Corps. I try to be nice. I hope I can join the military. I am respectful and cheerful.

My Dog
By
Sage C.
My dog is a black lab.
My dog’s name is Jimmy.
My dog is playful.
My dog is passionate.
My dog is fluffy and comforts me.
My dog smiles no matter what (especially when he gets treats).
My dog watches the ball in my hand.
My dog chases me on my dirt bike.
My dog is the best dog ever.

I Am
By Dannia G.
I am cheerful and nice.
I wonder what life will be like when I grow up. I hear nature. I see the sunset. I want to be successful. I am cheerful and nice. I pretend to be happy when I’m not.
I feel great.
I touch my car after it rains. I worry I won’t be a good sister I cry when I hear sad songs. I am cheerful and nice. I understand the meaning of a true friend. I say I will go after my dreams. I dream about life.
I try to be and do my best. I hope I will become the person I want to be I am cheerful and nice.

Football
By Ledger G.
Football is what I love and adore.
It is my favorite sport.
You look in the air, And it’s right there.
Turn around, And the football is on the way. Don’t stray
Or you will drop the ball.
Then your team is guaranteed to fail.

Horses
By Ryley H.
Limbs glossy and supple,
Tail dusting the ground,
Eyes full of sparkling wickedness,
Ears finely cut and flexibly moving, His nostrils dilate as my heels embrace him.
His well-built limbs tremble with pleasure
As we race around and return.

Books
By Alexis J.
Books are a passageway
To a whole new world
From misty sea bays
To enchanting winter woods.
Their vibrant poetic words
Are woven together to tell a story. They tell of hardship, Trial and triumphs, Betrayals and friendship.
They are pieces of history
Showing our past in a way of their own.
Their words make a picture
Colorful and clear.
Books are a passageway
And their words we hold dear.

Triangles are the best shape.

In the Jungle
By Mattie M.
Throughout the jungle
You can hear a fumble
As all the birds fly away.
They know they’re being hunted as prey.
As this fearless monster prowls through the leaves, Going through the seams
Like a fighter Is a tiger.

Winter By
Elisabeth O.-M.
In the season of snowfall
Where the frosty storm forms beneath the misty clouds, The pale sky blending in with the falling crowd
Is the finest season to come out and sprawl.
In the season of frost
When the animals all hibernate
While all people all go out and skate
The amusement is meant to cost.
In the season of gifts unwrapped
Gifts that will spread smiles all over Quicker than the growth of a clover
That leaves a graceful treat under those straps.
In the season of delight
When the sky is filled with grace
Not an ounce of gauche, not a trace
But snowfall that patiently cascades down to the earth
Clear and bright.

I Am
By Tenlee P.
I am crazy and tired. I wonder about food. I hear Morgan Wallen. I see a softball game. I want more shoes. I am crazy and tired. I understand nothing. I say Jesus. I dream of food. I try my best. I hope everyone is okay. I am crazy and tired. I pretend to be Mattie. I feel hungry. I touch a softball. I worry about my family. I cry when my Roblox doesn’t work. I am crazy and tired.

RUN BY
CONNER P.
Run like the wind
Feel it slapping against your face
See that in the end
You will find your own place
If you run fast enough
You will not stop But your ears will go POP Don’t give up
You will rock

The speediest creature in the world
