Prep Chronicle YOUR ESSENTIAL ROUND-UP FOR THE WEEK COMMENCING 20 APRIL 2026 Message from the Head of Prep
I hope you all enjoyed a happy Easter, and a very warm welcome to the families joining us this term. The sun has been shining on the children’s return as we enter the final term of the academic year. Last term concluded with a fantastic fundraising effort, with donations going to MISSIO and Cherry Trees. Thank you once again to our School Council representatives and Chaplaincy Teams for coordinating these events.
While many are looking forward to the resumption of our clubs programme on Monday, please spare a thought for our Senior pupils as they make their final preparations for end-of-year assessments, and for our Year 11 cohort as they begin the formal sitting of their GCSE examinations.
Looking ahead, there is much to be excited about over the coming weeks and months. Lower Prep class assemblies continue this term, and our Upper Prep Come and See events commence with Year 6 on Tuesday. Next week, Year 4 will set off on their residential visit, which for some will be their first time away from home. We wish them well.
