Introduction
Basketcase.ie launched into the world of hampers in 2016 initially as a corporate hamper company but in response to the growing demand during the pandemic, we brought our experience in creating corporate hampers to the online world, selling Irish Food Hampers and Wellbeing Care Packages. Thankfully we’ve been lucky as we were able to do so with the support of customers, corporate and personal, old and new.
For the last few months we’ve been busy planning for this holiday season, we wanted to take a chance this year and offer a selection of hampers, some more traditional and some with a more modern twist. We have come up with a collection of fun and unique packages to treat staff, clients, friends and family.
Along with traditional food and wine hampers from fabulous Irish suppliers, we have added a more personal or modern touch to our hampers. Some of our hampers include items such as cosy blankets , wine openers, socks, fun board games that all the family can get involved in. For example, our ‘Compendium of Games’ set is a collection of 50 Traditional Family games like snakes and ladders, Ludo, tiddlywinks, pick up sticks and many more all in one handy pack - great to get all the family together and kick off the festive fun.
We also provide a wide range of wellbeing care packages. As the world is becoming increasingly busy, pressure can be high in both personal and working lives. Wellbeing is such a broad but important concept. We have tried to strike the balance between mental wellbeing and pampering with our selection of care packages.

What is the VAT Rate?
VAT rate is 23%
Can you customise or change things around in the hampers on offer?
We are happy to customise hampers for quantities of 20 or over. Please let us know which items you would like included, the quantity required and the budget (excluding vat) and we will do our best to create the perfect hampers for your business.
Can we include our own items that we send to you?
If you would like to send us products to include in the hampers this is no problem there is a charge that would be dependent on the item you are sending.
What is the delivery charge?
Delivery within Ireland is €7 ex vat per package. Unfortunately due to customs restrictions that have arisen since Brexit we can no longer deliver to the UK. Shipping rate for the EU can be found on the “Contact us/FAQ” page on our website.
