AIRPORTHANGARS,WA
In addition to providing extra moisture protection, our application enhanced the hangar's overall structural strength and longevity, as well as improved the facility's temperature regulation. We applied Pacific Urethanes closed-cell spray foam at a thickness of 48mm to insulate the interior roof and walls of this hangar.
STTHOMAS SCHOOL,QLD
We successfully supplied and installed 4,695m² of R4 Knauf Earthwool Formaldehyde-Free Insulation Batts across 33 buildings at St Thomas More School. Enhancing energy efficiency and comfort throughout the campus, significantly improving the building’s thermal performance and decreasing ongoing running costs.
BRIGHTONPROJECTS,QLD
We provided and installed insulation solutions to aid in the development of 90 to 100 homes, utilizing VPM wall wrap and Knauf Earthwool batts. Each installation was completed on schedule for every request and met high-quality standards.
HOYTSCINEMA,QLD
We supplied and installed 30m³ of Rigid 33/45 Pour Foam to fill the internal and external kitchen and dining area walls of this cinema. This was done as a vermin-proof solution, ensuring compliance with Safe Food Australia AS 4674-2004. As part of the installation, we carefully carried out all necessary drilling and patching, delivering a seamless finish with minimal disruption.

MINERALRESOURCES ONSLOW,WA
The tight timeline of this project required us to efficiently coordinate and stay ahead of schedule. Through strategic planning and execution, we not only met but comfortably surpassed all deadlines. For this project, we installed R2.0 Polyurethane Spray Foam as an underfloor insulation solution to the floor chassis of 400 pods at the Mineral Resources Luxury Resort in Onslow.
Our streamlined process and advanced installation techniques allowed us to complete the insulation swiftly and efficiently, maintaining and surpassing the construction schedule.
The R2.0 Closed Cell Foam provides superior thermal insulation, ensuring that the transportable homes retain heat more effectively in cooler climates while staying cooler in warm weather.
The use of medium density polyurethane foam made sure nothing detached during transport, requiring no remediation on site.
