Course Features
Units are organized in the same manner starting with an Introduction, followed by Lessons, Student Supports (Podcast and Flashcards), and Assessment opportunities.

The Introduction provides learning objectives as well as a brief introduction to peak a student’s interest in the unit. The lessons unpack these learning objectives.

Lessons present information in manageable bite-sized chunks.
New academic terms are highlighted in the text. Students can hover over the word and the definition will appear in a pop-up. New vocabulary is also available as Flashcards as one of the unit features.

Interactive elements - Throughout each lesson, there are opportunities for students to engage with the material.
Where appropriate we integrate short videos to teach difficult concepts or reinforce information in a lesson.

Visuals are provided to help students see concepts.

Students Support Features
The Literacy Support Toolbar can be accessed by clicking the Accessibility Icon on the upper left side of the page. Clicking the Icon opens the toolbar. The toolbar anchors to the top so it does not obstruct the reading experience. The toolbar features Read Along, Translation, Dictionary, Pictionary, Highlighting, and Screen Reading.

The translation default is Spanish, but there are 96 languages available. The students can change the language in Settings. Many languages include a read-along feature, so students can hear words and sentences read in their preferred language.

Using the Dictionary and Pictionary features students highlight words and have them defined. Students can also click the word to hear the definition read aloud.

Screen masking overlays help reduce visual stress. The student can make their screen mask selections in the Settings Section.

The highlighting tool offers students four (4) highlighting colors as well as a strikethrough option. Students can collect their highlights and transfer them to a word processing document for study purposes.

Read Aloud With Text Tracking Text can be read aloud in 3 speeds and highlighted in 4 different colors. Words are highlighted when spoken, which engages and motivates auditory learners, improves vocabulary, comprehension, information processing skills, and increases their attention span.

The Podcast and Flashcards are additional student support features of every unit.
The podcast is professionally narrated and covers the introduction and lesson content. Students can listen to the podcast as they view the course or they can download it and listen to it on the go. The podcast provides an opportunity to hear academic vocabulary pronounced in context by a real person.

Flashcards are interactive and allow students to practice all new vocabulary terms from the unit.

Assessment Features
The Knowledge Check is a low-stakes practice exam found at the end of the last lesson in every unit. These practice exams provide correct and incorrect answer feedback so that students can extend their learning. There are no grades associated with the Knowledge Check, giving students the opportunity to retry until they get the correct answer. If the student gets the answer wrong they will get automatic coaching feedback.

Courses feature open-ended assessments in every unit.

There are five (5) Critical Thinking Questions in every unit. Suggested answers and a rubric are included in Teacher Resources.
There are two (2) Discussion Questions in each unit. Students can participate in an asynchronous discussion in their learning management system discussion board or teachers can use these as in-class discussion prompts. Suggested answers and a rubric are included in Teacher Resources.

Each unit has one (1) to five (5) Activities which require a student to produce a product and submit it to their teacher for grading. Some activities are Labs or Cumulative Projects. Cumulative Projects are broken down into parts that students complete through multiple units in the course. Rubrics are provided for students Suggested answers and a rubric are included in Teacher Resources.
A Rubric is provided for students for all activities.

Each unit has a Unit Quiz. Quizzes have fifteen (15) randomized questions pulled from a bank of fifty (50) questions. Each course section has a Midterm Exam and a Final Exam. These exams have fifty (50) questions pulled from a bank of two hundred (200) questions. Quizzes and exams are automatically scored and added to the gradebook. Teachers can modify these assessments to meet student needs. This includes time allowed for a quiz or exam, number of questions on quiz or exam, printing of the assessment, retries, etc.

Teacher Resources
Teacher Resources are visible to teachers only. The student view of the course is exactly the same as the teacher access with the exception of the Teacher Resources. Teacher Resources include Pacing Guides, Teaching Guides, and Suggested Answers for each unit.

A course Pacing Guide and a Unit Pacing Template are included for each section of the course.

Teaching Guide

Downloadable, ready-to-use Lesson Plans are included for every unit. These provide direct instruction, engaging activities, and differentiation strategies.
Downloadable Course Slides are included for each unit. These slide decks are designed to be used with the Lesson Plans. Slides are indicated within the lesson plans for each class.

Additionally, each course offers multiple downloadable Teaching Guides. These include a Teaching with Artificial Intelligence Guide, a Blended Learning Guide, an Online and Continuous Learning Guide, an Inquiry Based Learning Guide, a Project Based Learning Guide, and an Interpersonal and Employability Skills Resource Guide. These guides provide strategies to help teachers meet the needs of their students.
Teacher Flexibility

Teachers can create their own assessments or surveys, through built-in support tools and customizable features. They can provide students with alternative assignments and/or assessments and allow them to present their learning in a variety of different formats.
Teacher or district-authored content can be integrated easily. Add: New lessons, links, videos, docs, assessments, etc. Hide: Units, lessons, activities. Move: Units, lessons, activities in a different sequence. Modify: Due Date, Grading Options, Access, and more!

Suggested Answers include rubrics for all areas.

Suggested Answers are provided for every unit. These include the suggested answers to the Critical Thinking Questions, the Discussion Questions, and all Activities.

Personalized teacher feedback. When a student turns in an assignment on the LMS, teachers can provide feedback to students. They can also make quick adjustments to scoring – including allowing retries - and make accommodations and modifications based on student IEP and 504 Plan requirements.
Gradebook Reporting. Teachers can use the data gathered via the LMS to identify at risk students as well as to customize by accommodating or accelerating learning.

This view is dependent on your LMS and quizes, midterm, and final are automaticly graded.
Alignment Documents
Alignment documents are included in your packet, that list where each standard is taught and assessed within the course.

Location(s) Taught
For each standard the course section (a or b) is listed along with the unit, lesson, and subsection where the unit is taught. To navigate to the listed location, click on the course section (a or b). Then click on the unit folder and then click on the lesson folder. Finally, scroll to the listed subsection.

Keys To Success
We know that the key to any successful curriculum adoption is purposeful and relevant professional development. And research shows that when teachers feel supported, engaged, and understand the new curriculum, it results in success. This can make all the difference in your student’s engagement, motivation, and achievement. Our transformative PD will be delivered by educators who can provide a wide-range of implementation support. You’ll be empowered to successfully implement eDynamic Learning courses using different instructional strategies within various instructional settings, using researched-based teaching strategies.

CTE Professional Development
Series Bundle
eDynamic Learning supports Perkins’ definition of professional development through a succession of three workshops. Teachers will collaborate and learn best practices to support their students effectively in CTE through job-embedded, data-driven, and classroom-focused workshops. Sessions will help strengthen teachers’ understanding of the curriculum, resources, and the instructional strategies.

Thoughtfully Customized Professional Development Planning
After working with our support team to onboard your students, we start with a plan. We’ll work together on creating your professional development implementation strategy specifically designed to support your district’s needs.
Collaborative District Needs Planning
Your eDynamic Learning team is there with you every step of the way. We begin with our Collaborative District Needs Planning meeting where we work with you to carefully plan your custom professional development experiences based on your goals and requirements. This is complimentary and takes place prior to the Implementation Essentials Workshop.

Professional Development Options
Implementation Essentials Workshop: Developing a Strong Foundation
Our professional development series begins with the Implementation Essentials Workshop, designed to equip you with the foundational skills you need to start delivering eDL curriculum effectively from Day 1. During this interactive session, you’ll engage live with the curriculum and participate in action-oriented activities to ensure you can hit the ground running.
In this workshop, you will:
• Learn how to navigate courses confidently and efficiently
• Understand the lesson structure and explore digital features
• Discover key instructional components and teacher resources that support your success
• Get familiar with formative and summative assessments, rubrics, and essential tools for customizing your instructional approach
By the end of the workshop, you’ll be prepared to integrate the eDL curriculum seamlessly into your classes and create engaging, student-centered learning experiences.
Elevating Instructional Strategies
Tailored to fit the unique needs of both virtual and brick-and-mortar programs.
The next step in our professional development series provides schools with a variety of options for integrating curriculum with proven best practices. Our Elevating Instructional Strategies offerings equip educators with the skills and knowledge to focus on the instructional methods that best align with their classroom goals or district initiatives.
Instructional Strategies Blended Learning
Participants will explore various blended learning models, pedagogies, and supporting research, while evaluating strategies and benefits that align with district initiatives. They will learn how to leverage eDL resources to enhance blended learning and practice these methods collaboratively through engaging lesson-based activities.
Instructional Strategies Inquiry-Based Learning
Participants will dive into InquiryBased Learning (IBL)—including Project-Based, Problem-Based, and Challenge-Based Learning. This workshop will encourage students to explore meaningful questions and real-world challenges through active investigation. This approach cultivates critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration by engaging learners in questioning, researching, creating, and communicating their ideas. This effective IBL framework guides students to pose compelling questions, conduct thorough research, develop innovative solutions or products, and share their findings with authentic audiences. eDynamic Learning content is adapted to support IBL by customizing lessons, projects, and assessments to align with students’ inquiries and goals.
Instructional Strategies Differentiated Instruction
Participants will explore strategies to tailor eDL courses, assignments, grading, built-in tools, customization options, and settings to create accessible and engaging learning experiences. These approaches are especially vital for supporting special populations, including students requiring acceleration, those with IEP and 504 Plans, English Language Learners, and students with other special needs, ensuring that every learner is appropriately challenged and supported.
Instructional Strategies Online & Continuous Learning
Participants will use their LMS to organize resources intuitively and incorporate interactive tools like discussion boards, video assignments, and discussions boards to build a sense of community. The workshop will explore engagement by regularly checking in with students, providing timely feedback, and embedding social-emotional learning (SEL) practices such as reflection and mindfulness activities to help reduce feelings of isolation.
Job-Embedded Coaching, Professional Development, and Support
Ongoing professional development is essential for sustained success and higher levels of academic achievement. Through our comprehensive Coaching, Professional Development, and Support services, we offer a diverse range of options to help you grow and thrive throughout the school year.
Whether you are seeking to refine instructional practices, integrate innovative strategies, or enhance student engagement, our ongoing support ensures you have the tools and resources you need every step of the way.
Job-Embedded Coaching Focus Walks
Focus Walks are an excellent way for teachers to deepen their understanding of eDynamic Learning’s curriculum and maximize its impact in the classroom. These sessions are designed to be highly customized to meet each teacher’s unique needs and goals.
Based on feedback gathered through a pre-session survey, an eDynamic Learning trainer develops a virtual workshop tailored to focus on the areas of the content and platform most relevant to the teacher. This ensures that every Focus Walk is practical, actionable, and immediately applicable.
Job-Embedded Coaching Modeling Lessons
During this session, the teacher will meet one-on-one with an experienced eDynamic Learning trainer via Zoom. Together, they will identify a specific lesson or activity that the teacher would benefit from seeing modeled. The trainer will thoughtfully plan and demonstrate the lesson, taking into account all critical factors such as:
• Device access and technology considerations
• Number of students
• Classroom setup and learning environment
• Current teaching and implementation strategies
• Additional unique needs or goals
Job-Embedded Coaching Co-Planning & Co-Teaching
Co-Planning and Co-Teaching sessions are an excellent way to help teachers build confidence in delivering the eDynamic Learning curriculum. In these sessions, the teacher meets with an eDynamic Learning trainer via Zoom to collaboratively select a lesson or activity that would benefit from co-teaching support. Together, they plan instructional strategies and define roles, with the teacher leading the delivery while the trainer provides guidance and encouragement. This tag-team approach allows teachers to practice real-time instruction, receive constructive feedback, and develop greater assurance in using the curriculum effectively with their students.
Job-Embedded Coaching Observation & Feedback
Observations are priceless professional development opportunities because they provide teachers with meaningful, actionable feedback. During these sessions, teachers receive insights into:
• What’s going well in their instruction and course facilitation
• Where growth opportunities exist to improve student engagement and learning outcomes
• Suggestions to enhance or streamline how they use the eDynamic Learning curriculum effectively
An experienced eDynamic Learning (eDL) trainer will observe multiple sections of the teacher’s eDL classrooms, when applicable. Throughout the observation, the trainer will capture relevant details about instructional practices, student interactions, and curriculum implementation.
Afterward, all observations will be synthesized into clear, actionable feedback that teachers can use to celebrate their successes, address any challenges, and explore ways to make their teaching even more efficient and impactful.
*In addition to the four options listed above, districts have the ability to customize workshops to include a variety of elements from several concepts above working directly with their eDynamic Learning Professional Development Specialist.
As educators, we celebrate your success and take professional development seriously. We want to ensure you feel excited and empowered to implement your new eDL curriculum through relevant, purposeful, and flexible professional development. We look forward to being your partner now and in the years ahead in helping you grow and produce a strong ROI - Return on Instruction!
eDynamic Learning Virtual Internship Programs
Our Virtual Internship Programs can set your students on a career-ready path for a successful future. This yearlong program is designed to prepare students prior to stepping into the workplace, and gives them opportunities to test and try concepts in a risk-free simulated environment. And unlike a physical internship experience, your students will get to experience and manage all aspects of running a business, including staffing, operations, marketing, finance, sales, and much more. They’ll get to uncover which areas they like most and wish to focus on in the real world, or major in at college.

Their commitment to our success is strengthening our CTE programs and expanding opportunities for students.
Garret Yates Marketing & Business Teacher, Grainger High School
From a purely content perspective, I love how eDynamic Learning breaks down complex concepts into clear, relatable lessons. The content of the lessons and teacher resources are excellent and allow for many different applications in the classroom. You can use the content as a whole lesson or just supplemental. It fits whatever you need for that standard.
I particularly have enjoyed the discussion questions, as it gives me the opportunity for whole class discussion, group discussion, or individual. The flexibility that it provides makes it easy to implement in the classroom.
Nathan Hobby Student, Grainger High School
eDynamic Learning has allowed me to learn in a way that actually feels useful. The site is easy to use, the lessons are easy to follow, and the stuff that we go over connects to things that I might actually do in the future.
Melanie Tuck CTE Director, Macon County Schools
The switch to casting in Google Classroom was a complete game-changer! It gave my teachers the flexibility to use projects from other courses and use the curriculum as they needed.
