Position Title: Tampa Bay Information Network (TBIN) System Administrator Department: Data & Web Services Supervisor: Director, Program & Services

FLSA Classification: Non-exempt / Hourly Status: Full Time

Position Summary: To be responsible for system upgrades, improvements and technical support for the TBIN System and internal staff Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. • • • • • • • • • • • • • •

Provide technical support for the TBIN software, including general use, problem diagnosis, resolution and system upgrades Triage 2-1-1 Contact Center, 2-1-1 Database and TBIN quality issues and complaints and escalate as needed Read, respond to, assign and document resolution of Help Desk tickets to meet all service level goals Establish new user set-up, login credentials and monitor login activity on a monthly basis Merge all duplicate clients in all data systems Monitor and track daily bed utilization and service level rates for TBIN Member Agencies Manage annual federal reports and projects as needed to ensure all project deadlines are met Document, coordinate and implement changes to current and custom assessments in TBIN Ensure the HUD Program Descriptor Data Elements and bed inventory are entered and updated in TBIN at least annually Ensure each TBIN Member Agency is in compliance with the TBIN Policies and Procedures Serve and participate in meetings, committees, community activities and outreach events as required Adhere to the latest version of the HMIS Data and Technical Standards and the TBIN Policies and Procedures Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve high quality standards based service, departmental and company goals Follow all organization’s policies, practices, and procedures

Excellent verbal communication, customer service and time management skills Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients or members of the community. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to clients and other employees of the organization Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Proficient personal computer skills including publishing software, electronic mail, recordkeeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc. Proficient in data entry and database management

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Education/Training/Experience • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience • Two+ years of Help Desk experience in a technical, software and/or database company required • Knowledge of Health and human services background and Homeless Management Information Systems preferred Physical Demands: Moderate physical activity performing somewhat strenuous daily activities of a primarily administrative nature. Includes sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time with the ability to lift up to 10 lbs. Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, works with the fingers and perceives attributes of objects and materials. Other: • Level II Background Screen • Valid State of Florida Driver’s License
