Position Summary: To be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the SSVF program user training,

reporting compliance, and uploads to the VA repository and ensuring the ongoing compliance of the Tampa Bay Information Network (TBIN) with the HMIS Data and Technical Standards, all I&R standards, and all federal, state, and local laws. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. •

Manage SSVF user training for the TBIN System. Work with the TBIN Trainer to schedule, coordinate and implement all relevant training for all SSVF staff; ensure post-training follow up and testing evaluation; training and retraining on compliance per requirements; ensuring training content is current and maintaining current documentation of all training records.

Work collaboratively with the entire TBIN Team to ensure completion of all annual projects including the adherence to all established timelines and contract objectives.

Work collaboratively with the entire TBIN Team to ensure the successful roll out of all new TBIN Member Agencies and TBIN pilot projects including the adherence to all established timelines and contract objectives.

Work collaboratively with all TBIN Member Agencies to ensure relevant and appropriate reporting compliance with all federal, state, and local contracts; recruiting new programs to the TBIN Network.

Along with the entire TBIN Team, develop an auditing program, policies, procedures, and all associated forms to annually audit all TBIN Member Agencies.

At least annually work with local contract managers to audit TBIN Member Agencies on privacy, security and HMIS standards compliance.

Audit TBIN Member Agencies on an annual basis to ensure they are meeting TBIN requirements.

Provide technical support and resolution of compliance issues as needed on a monthly basis.

Compile statistical data for reports as required and requested.

Collaborate with local funders and community partners as it relates to TBIN related projects, reports and procedural/process items.

Participate and monitor HMIS activities on a local, statewide, regional and national level.

Serve and participate in internal meetings, committees, community activities and outreach events as required.

Adhere to the latest version of the HMIS Data and Technical Standards and the TBIN Policies and Procedures.

Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve high quality standards based service, departmental and company goals.

Follow all organization’s policies, practices, and procedures.

Qualification/Requirements: •

Excellent verbal communication, customer service and time management skills

Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients or members of the community. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to clients and other employees of the organization

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

Demonstrated use of intermediate computer operations and intermediate software packages

Proficient in data entry and database management

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Education/Training/Experience •

Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or two or more years related experience with training, compliance and/or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Track record of success project management training, compliance, and/or quality improvement projects.

Knowledge of Health and human services background and Homeless Management Information Systems preferred

Moderate physical activity performing somewhat strenuous daily activities of a primarily administrative nature. Includes sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time with the ability to lift up to 10 lbs. Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, works with the fingers and perceives attributes of objects and materials.
