Vision & Culture Pioneering, Love, Generosity, Unity and Justice

Vision - We are helping to create a mission movement across Edinburgh through prayer and by stimulating and strengthening the church's mission. Following Jesus' example, we support people who are experiencing deprivation, exclusion or isolation.

Mission Statement – We are all about stimulating and strengthening the church’s mission in Edinburgh.

Culture – Our culture is shaped by our values. We emphasise pioneering, love, generosity, unity, and justice.

These 5 values are based on the character of Jesus and how we see his attitude towards others in the Bible. He was a pioneer. He pioneered our salvation! Jesus constantly modelled self-sacrificial love for others, showing the generosity of the Father.

The relationship between Jesus, the Father & the Holy Spirit is a perfect model of both unity and diveristy. Jesus displayed God's justice by how he lived in lifting up the lowly and bringing freedom from all kinds of oppression.

Spirituality – we are open to and seek the leading of the Holy Spirit in our lives and work. We ask God to help us with everything that we do and to give us faith for more. We are from a variety of different churches; we are not associated with one denomination. We seek to build unity through diversity across the church, in and around Edinburgh.
