SPRING 2018

EDGEWOOD By: Julie Ward

Edgewood High School is close to launching a dream held by

alumni and families for many years: a multimillion-dollar expansion that enhances the performing

arts and improves accessibility. The new Performing Arts Center will blend old and new, providing 17,500 square feet and a 465-seat auditorium. Stage-level dressing rooms, set construction and storage space will be housed on one level, along with band and

choral rooms, a piano lab and a large reception area that can also be used as an informal study space.
