Death. The boldest invitation to live. The truest of true expe riences. An absolute. A certainty.
Our greatest teacher, when we allow it to be. Yet, how often do we allow ourselves to go there in our conscious minds before we GO THERE physically?
In life, we encounter many ongoing deaths. Death of others, our dreams, who WE have been in relationships, jobs, to ourselves, etc..
As someone who takes full joy in holding space for others during their ultimate tran sition, I have come to learn that when we contemplate death mindfully, owning it daily, all other transitions we have along the way lose their charge of fear, becoming lighter than the weight we have previously given them. Those ongoing transitions, though uncomfortable, become necessary steps to a life lived freely, authentic, true and ALIVE in every moment.
In death, along with the space leading up to death, a refinement happens. A quickening. The amalgamation of
those parts of us we have set out to discover, explore, realize, in this life… all come rushing to the surface as if longing to be played with one.last.time. WE WAKE UP! We surrender, activating an awareness of what is truly important in this life, as we let go of everything we no longer need and perhaps haven't for a while.
So, why wait to FINALLY FULLY INHABIT life at The End and if only for that moment? The deepest teaching of death is to LIVE. Death is inevitable. Living is our choice. Facing our ultimate death NOW in thought, enriches life by taking us to meet our deepest fear, softening its hold, delivering us to the courage within. We then live every moment as if it were our last. No need to wait until "the end" to have our freedom. Shamanism is an ancient spiritual tradition that has existed for thousands of years and is practiced on every continent. It's a spirituality that understands we are all interconnected through different multiverses. A multiverse is a belief that multiple dimensions coexist. A shaman uses their skills to maneuver safely, weaving in and out of these dimensions for healing and divination.
My lineage dates back to ancient times and includes connections to Nordic, Germanic, and Druid shamanic lines. In addition, because of the work I am doing with Shipibo Shamans in Peru and the initiation I received through the spirit of the Tree of Light, I now have strong connections to the Shipibo heritage.
I work with my Spirit Guides to look over the abyss into the eyes of death as I experience impermanence. Change happens at every level, and my work in shamanism allows me to assist others as they stare into death as a transition. Death is change but not necessarily the end of something. Life and death are woven together and are impossible to separate. In shamanic cultures, initiations
help prepare one for the mysteries of death. The reason for these opportunities is to help the person understand the differences between the multiverses and not to fear the inevitable change. Many people start to understand different dimensions through near-death experiences. But traditional ways include learning to access these through shamanic journeys or plant medicine such as Ayahuasca. The vine of death, which Ayahuasca is also known as, is a great teacher of the unknown.
What holds us back is the fear of death, of change, of the unknown. Once we release false illusions through our initiatory experiences, we are free to live genuinely. In August, 2015 when I heard that Dr. Wayne Dyer passed, my immediate thought was, “How exciting!” Over the years, I met Dr. Dyer several times. I knew how much he really enjoyed new experiences. I also had this thought that now we will find out what really happens on the other side. I figured if anyone could find a way to share that information, it would be Wayne Dyer. That thought also made me aware of how much my beliefs around death had changed over the years.
Like so many people, I was raised to believe that our death was the key to reclaiming our rightful place with God in Heaven, that is if we earned it. Over the years, my relationship with Death has changed. As I’ve traveled this road of self-discovery, I have found that I do not grieve in the same way when someone passed. That when I hear of a person passing, it’s more of an acceptance. There is not a lot of sorrow. I must admit I was concerned that I was becoming callous, and uncaring.
Upon reflection, I recognized that the way I now accept death has more to do with the way I now accept life. I have come to believe our true selves are just extensions of Creation, that we are always of God, with God, in God even while on Earth in physical form. Therefore, transitioning from this life to the next is just – for lack of a better defini tion – a change of wardrobe. It’s a releasing of this body to evolve into the next state, whatever that is.
I was also taught there was a Heaven, Hell, and a Purgatory. These are ideas that have also morphed over the years. I believe we experience them here on Earth. That we create Heaven and Hell ourselves through our life experiences. Purgatory, on the other hand, is thrust upon us. It’s called Middle School!
I realize death is inevitable. I realize that it can be a time of rejoicing over a life well lived or regret over a life wasted. I also realize as I never know when my contract is over, it’s up to me to live my life to the fullest every day. If I do, then I can be ready to catch the next train of spiritual evolution with a sense of love, satisfaction, and completion. a

Many have heard of elderberries and how good they are for us. But there is so much more to know about the majickal elder tree. The elder tree and its berries are used in majick for protection, boundary enforcement, prosperity, healing, and entry into the spirit realm.
In fact, during medieval times, it was known as “The Witches Tree” because it protected you from witches. This tree was also planted on the edges of the property to protect those that lived within the prop erty and the property itself. Similarly, if it is planted in the garden, that garden is said to be protected from lightning strikes. There are many farmers today that still plant this tree to prevent damage to their crops from lightning. Many people still hang elderberry branches and berries over windows and doors for protection today.
British folklore states a lone tree is dedicated to the Faery Queen Hylde, the mother of Elves. An old European tradition stating that if you fall asleep under an elderberry bush on Midsummer eve, you can enter the faerie world and explore. Where in Norse folklore Freya or Frigg was known to dwell within the tree. This is one reason it is called the Tree of the Goddess. Legend also says that witches and spirits dwelt in the elder tree and when you cut the tree, it would bleed red sap from it.
It is believed that the elder tree holds very powerful majick and you should never burn the wood, as it will offend the spirit of the elder. If you chose to use elder, make sure to always treat this tree and its components with respect. Ask the elder in the tree for permission to harvest from it and give an offering of thanks. Additionally, if you harvest from it on a full moon, the majick will be doubly powerful.
Let’s talk about the spirit realm. The edge of the forest or hedge is believed to be the entry or gateway into the spirit world. Elder trees are said to bridge the divide between the physical and spiri tual realm because the elders grow in the hedge. At Samhain we honor our dead ancestors, and these branches and berries adorn alters during this time. In the past elderberry flowers were even buried with your loved ones to help guide and protect them in the afterlife. Wands and flutes made from elder wood can be used
4 parts water to 1 part elderberry. Add 1 to 2 inches of fresh ginger root, 3 cinnamon sticks, 10 whole cloves. Boil on stove and reduce down. Add ½ cup of honey or slightly more for taste. Cool and store in refrigerator. 1-2 tablespoons daily. Never give to children under one due to chance of botulism.

In the fall, as the last of the berries are harvested, they are considered to be the last blessed gift given by the Earth Goddess. Many make this into wine and drink it ritually at Samhain to invoke divination, vivid dreaming, increase intuition and prophecy.
Elderberries can also be used in healing spells for both physical and emotional ailments. The medicinal and healing power of elderberry traces back to the day of Hippocrates. He described it as his “Medicine Chest” and used it for healing many different types of ailments.
Today it’s mainly known to ease cold/flu symptoms and even prevent them. However, there are many other benefits of the elder plant. The elderberry helps with sinus issues, chronic fatigue, nerve pain, constipation, and it’s a diuretic. It’s also an antimicrobial, antifebrile, and antioxidant.
One of the reasons elderberries help the immune system so well is because the berries have antiviral & antimicrobial action, thus inhibiting colds and influenza A and B. This tea also can help enhance kidney function by relieving fluid tension.

After guiding 4,000+ past life regressions over the past 20 years, I've noticed three common themes or soul lessons that often emerge during the latter part of the session when the earth life is over and is being reviewed from the vantage point of the soul. There is such wisdom in these lessons that I wanted to share them with you.
#1 Do not live from fears or guardedness. You will regret the times that you allowed fears to hold you back or limit your life expression in any way. This is because you will be reflecting upon your life from the eternal aspect of you that has no fears, while the earth life is being viewed as though you were role playing in a sort of “practice test” to see how you lived that life. A common example is withholding your expression of love by guarding your heart from emotional pain. Other regrets include choosing secu rity over pursuing a passion or joy, whether it be marrying for status and money instead of love or holding back on following a dream. As Wayne Dyer once said, "Don't die with your music still left in you."
#2 Be more proactive in creating your life experience rather than simply reacting to what life gives you. I've heard many variations of this same missed opportunity. Unfortunately, we cannot get through life without loss or failure because they are built into the human experience as a means for us as souls to evaluate how the human part of us chooses to respond to challenges. Loss or failure can limit or even destroy us, or it can make us stronger and wiser with a richer life experience. When we glimpse behind the scenes and view life as a temporary role-play, however, losses and failure don't paralyze us as much. In other words, as we become more awake to our permanent identity, we become freer.
#3 Be more fully and consciously present in each moment of life to experience more joy. It reminds me of Emily's famous line in the play Our Town, "Is anyone really aware of life while they're living it?" This is a theme that we all can relate to as we often go through life in our heads rather than appreciating the underlying love and beauty that is available in each instant, often only noticing it when it's gone.
We can understand these lessons intellectually, but yet not fully feel and experience the truth of this wisdom. The value of past life regression is that it can allow us to integrate deeper soul truths at the level of the body and subconscious mind, thus helping us to more easily live from them in our daily lives. This is because towards the end of the session, the background noise of the thinking mind is silent and you are fully anchored in the here and now, which is actually a higher dimension of your being that is saturated in peace, love and clarity. You are more deeply connected to the soul part of you that is always 'here' and never goes away...not only throughout the years of your life as the body ages, but even long after the body is left behind. In other words, you get a chance to experience your true self as the eternal being that you always were and will be. As the sage Leonard Jacobson said, “We are all on a journey to become that which we already are!” a

Many of us are drawn to ancient civilizations such as Atlantis, Lemuria, Ancient Egypt, Africa and India. These civilizations were inhabited by what the indigenous people call “Star people.” Some of us call these ancient beings starseeds. These beings came from star systems far away to help humans adapt to living on earth. They were much more advanced than us – likely one million years ahead of us in technology according to some scientists connected to NASA.
The Vedic Texts, that comes from the oldest known religion, Hinduism, write about the blue gods who helped humans during ancient times. They were said to carry an energy called blue pearl that had the capacity for the unmanifest to become manifested. They also partnered with us. You can see pictures of a blue god, named Krishna, and an Indian woman together indicating that these star people had relationships with humans. I think of these advanced helpers as Pleiadians from the star system Pleiades. There were other types of star people helping us too.
The Sioux Indians say that the star people left us when darker extra terrestrials came onto the planet since they were unable to handle these heavier energies. Humans felt abandoned by the star people and felt a deep loneliness and loss. However, they never truly left since they help us in the background of our lives as our spirit guides.
The star people, our spirit guides, are still actively helping us to transform these darker energies and entities so they can physically join us in our daily lives. This is shown by more UFO sightings than ever before. Many people are seeing star ships in the sky that can even go into the water. It’s possible that they are accessing timelines to other worlds found deep within the ocean floor. Also, many star ships are seen around our military missiles. I believe they are ensuring we don’t use these weapons since they would cause a negative effect, not only on earth, but throughout the cosmos.
Many of us were and are these extraterrestrials called star people since time doesn’t really exist which is shown by many fields of science such as string theory, quantum entanglement and quantum physics. We are kept in time and space due to the gravitational fields of the sun and earth. Due to the no time and no space nature of reality, we are likely many of our own spirit guides.
Brian Greene, a well-known string theorist, theoretical physicist and mathematician, talks about us existing in 11 dimensions. Due to this, he believes we are living in the imagined world, not the physical world we think we are living in. Our spirit guides – star people – are part of this imagined world and they are here letting us know that we are them and they are us and it’s time to claim our Divine Self and empower ourselves. We are in a time of transformation so claiming our divinity is important for this process to accelerate.
Transformation means we see and acknowledge the difficul ties and challenges around us and let them go using whatever tools work for us. Some of these tools are meditation, energy work, guided imagery, hypnosis and breath work.
One of the tools, that helps me, is to act like I know nothing so that a totally new viewpoint and feeling state can come in which creates a new reality for myself. If there’s any current perceptions that are truly helpful for me, they will stay but it’s best not to figure this out with the brain. Doing this enables us to move into a totally new and different reality more quickly.
The Sioux Indians say we are moving into the new reality now! I believe part of what is helping us is that we are in the process of reclaiming our ancient starseed knowledge, from when our souls took these ancient roles as advanced star people. We are also
accessing our current and future advanced star people knowl edge. Our soul has the star people information deep within us and it’s time to access it to assist in becoming our true selves—our Divine Selves in human form.
This means letting go of the physical world we think we exist in and moving into the imagined world. The one we have been prepared to be a part of. As the Hopi Elders say, we are in the hour of transformation. “We are the Ones we’ve been waiting for.”

Through their demonstration and generous donation of hand-crafted, one-ofa-kind pendulums to all 35 of our clients and staff, I was a witness to magic unfolding!
Lana and Karina taught us that pendulums can be a great asset in one’s mental health journey. Pendulums help connect us with our own inner wisdom and give us the understanding of what is truly the most optimal path for us to move forward. With that belief, pendulums can be very beneficial tools to get into a meditative state and open your heart and your mind to possibilities. Pendulums may help all of us connect to our natural intuitive instincts that have often been suppressed from years of underuse.
An additional big thank you to the Enchanted Rock Garden for gifting the crystals to HeartCentric Divine Creations that we used in crafting these pendulums for our clients. As you can imagine, each client was thrilled to receive a pendulum and learn how to work with them.
Lana and Karina began their workshop with a grounding meditation inviting each participant to let go of anything that is occupying their mind for the next hour and to become fully present.
Seeing firsthand this large group of over thirty clients connect with their pendulums was a complete joy. Their hearts were open and grateful to add this special tool, the pendulum, to their recovery toolkit. The look of amazement on their faces as they got to connect their energy to the pendulum and watch it move was incredible. When Lana and Karina left the Pride Institute, our clients’ hearts were full of love and gratitude for this unique educational experience. Many of the participants wrote words of appreciation.

It has to be at least fifty years ago when I had the first of many astrology readings and I was blown away when the astrologer told me I came here to teach about death and dying. I could not figure out how that was going to happen since I knew nothing about it. I was searching for my purpose like everyone does when they are young. Going to school to become a mortician didn’t feel right, so I let it all go and continually prayed for guidance. My reading turned out to be correct. During my evolution to becoming a psychic, medium and healer I learned a lot about death from ghosts, working with the deceased and learning about it from friends and family that have passed away.
I have written two books specifically about death. What Happens When We Die and my new one How To Live A Happily Ever Afterlife. What I want to share today is different. It’s about our dying process and the time during the week of our death. First off, death is different for everyone in the way we go about it. Some souls prefer to die quickly, like in an accident or heart attack while others choose to linger in their dying process. A lot can get accomplished for the soul who lingers in a hospice or hospital. Relationships mend, words are spoken, feelings are shared. The soul is in a letting go process and it needn’t be rushed. For those of you that believe God is making your loved one suffer by not allowing a quick death, that couldn’t be further from the truth. The dying process is up to the person’s soul and the soul will take all the time it needs to let go of its physical existence.
Heaven is everything Cathryn expected. Calming, loving and very busy. She said she “counsels some wounded souls on the other side” and that there are a lot of souls seeking help. It’s good to see people without a body. No pretenses. “Things are much clearer over there. You see people in a different light. You can see their raw spots”. The first couple of days after a soul has exited the body and the body has shut down, (sometimes the soul exits before the body shuts down) the soul has either remained earthbound, watching over their loved ones until the initial shock has worn off or they have moved on into the white light. The light we here about is like the porch light at the gates of heaven guiding us home. The first couple of days we are clearing our earth energy which is very dense. Many of our deceased loved ones will want to come and greet us and it will depend upon how we are feeling about it. Some souls would like to be alone for a few days, while others can’t wait to see everyone. After the first few days, our soul rests up for their funeral. Most attend. Some need to build up their energy and they can observe it later and then there are others who want to move on and not attend any kind of memorial service.
Those of us in The Edge community recently lost a dear friend, Cathryn Taylor. I asked Cathryn if she would give me insight into her new life. She said she likes to think of herself as a “guardian angel of sorts”. She giggled and said she’s having a ball. Almost daily, she visits here and heads back to the other side by end of day. She still guides the people she guided when she was living. She visits her husband Arthur quite a bit to help him through this transitional time and I heard her say “go ahead and get rid of everything. Don’t hold on for the purpose of holding on to things”.

Your Earth is shifting, like the sands in a desert. Be willing to allow the changes within your own consciousness as a complete metamorphosis begins to take place within you. Know that the time has arrived for these vast changes to occur within yourself and the earth plane. You and the Earth are transforming from one state of being into another. These shifts are radical and there will be a continual evolution that is to take place over the next calendar year.
We witness you as you navigate your way within life. There is a higher frequency open into the Earth’s atmosphere supporting you in entering a higher state of consciousness. As the light on your planet intensifies further, another level of light is creating a shift to support you in launching yourself within a different framework within your life. The framework begins to align within your physical and energetic body creating a transmutation. These changes allow you to begin another element of your journey to unfold within your life as you live it now. Your own consciousness will be enabled to unfold into a higher realm of reality Truth.
This time is about dislodging yourself from the illusion of your ego mind. The launching takes place as you choose to release yourself, taking moments to view your ego mind’s misperception and bring yourself from that illusion into your Heart space. The essential piece is not to fight the illusion of your ego mind, merely to witness the dialogue presented by your mind and to move your awareness within the space of your Heart. Through this conscious action you contribute positively to the vast consciousness within humanity. You shift an aspect of the density of the illusion through identifying this illusion as it arises within you and in that moment reori entating through your Heart to move beyond the illusion. As you allow moments of unfolding in your Heart you begin to recreate your own energetic profile and break aspects of the forged illusion in your world.
Know that during this time you are entering a phase of complete re-orientation to what is reality in your world. Beginning by giving yourself permission to consciously choose to enter Truth and experiencing the redesign of that Truth being made active in your life. To be enabled to move through your world in this diverse framework of reality made manifest. This manifestation is interwoven and created by the God consciousness state that interweaves through all life force in the Universe, which includes you! You are currently being made ready to re-enter this higher consciousness state, this is part of the mission that you have pre-agreed to participate.
Letting go involves your willingness to choose to believe that you play an essential role in the transformation of humanity on your earth plane. Knowing you hold the unique God
frequency component within your makeup which brings a gift to humanity. Understanding that every human being carries a unique aspect within them, whether they are aware of this Truth or not. Your role is to hold this truth within you and walk through the world witnessing every individual in their potential to awaken to play their sacred roles when the time arises.
This is your time to begin to play your role consciously in the world. Not by making great announcements to others about this. You slowly quietly make this known to yourself, as you allow the opening and anchoring of this truth, breath this truth, you begin to make this manifest through you. Then the God light that is part of your Higher Self makeup begins to actively work within your day-to-day life. Allow the energy the essence of your own sacred life force to guide you in your day, allowing moments to reflect this truth and breath it into your cells allows this truth to merge within your consciousness. Create an infusion of this truth within.
The human dynamic on your planet is extreme and this entire playout creates a situation that has a root cause which arises from a lack of self-compassion. Through the basic misunderstanding of your human experience there is self-judgement which in turn opens the door to condemn other human beings. Judgement creates separation within you and your human ego mind creates a separation with others. Hence there are internal wars within yourself and external wars with people in your life.
Shifting your perceptions of who you are, who you have been in relationship with your human journey is essential for the ultimate success of your mission. Reviewing your life, the decisions you have made along the way, your interaction with family, friends and others is essential. Most importantly is for you to investigate where you continue to hold guilt, shame, the feelings of betrayal of anger, hatred…
In truth there are no wrong decisions or actions that you have created in your life. Simply put, you have created a series of situations to have experiences so you could learn. You were never a victim and others were never a victim. You came together with family, friends, acquaintances as a pre agree ment to have these learning experiences. Everyone has played their roles perfectly, including yourself. You are not responsible for any other person’s feelings, experiences, or decisions.
This is the juncture for a new level of Community to be established and realized. These formations play a large role in the energetic covenant pre-agreements that has been made to implement a new divine order to be established on Earth. For this to be successful you are required to shift your current perception of your human idiosyncrasies, your imperfections. Letting go of the self-judgment of your human aspect and the illusion that you need to attain perfection to move into your enlightenment process.
Community is a group of people coming together with common goals for living. Each member of this community brings their own unique divine aspect of energy to the group. The heart is the tool that carries the unique divine component. Through your Heart you are unlike any other member within that group. Collectively that sacred aspect which resides within each person aligns, the purity of each one is merged to activate a creation principle to fulfill the mission that is held and built between you as a group Heart.
Within the group, one person is not greater or more than the other, each person brings their unique component to add to the collective. There is to be a group commitment, a promise made, to honor each other. To have compassion for each group member within their human component. There is a commitment to witness the Ego, and to not allow the Ego mind’s human element to create a separation within the group through judgement, creating rifts within the group itself. This doesn’t mean there will be perfection within the group, you are human, you will make mistakes. The journey within the community is about doing the best you can in each moment, knowing that there will be issues that arise and a willingness to accept the imperfection and to learn and grow.
As a human being you are vulnerable, this next step of your journey is to include inner work with your human component. The time is coming when the forming of these new communities will be necessary to your wellbeing. Creating a healthy relationship with your own human self is part of the work that you have come here to achieve. Balance between your human self and spiritual Higher Self is imperative for full self-realization.
Building an understanding of your human idiosyncrasies creates a liberation within you. The sense of freedom assists you in opening into a self-acceptance of your humanity. Selfacceptance is the action of self-love. Through this journey you unfold, not to achieve perfection as a human being, that is not possible. As a human being you are ‘perfectly imperfect’ and this will always be the case. Grow to love your imper fections and hold yourself with love, compassion, and patience as you make your way Home.
There is a powerful surge of higher energies coming onto the planet beginning in 2023, which are designed to work with Community groups. These light patterns are specifically designed to allow communities to utilize pure patterns of consciousness to become more united within their collective Hearts. These unions of the Heart will launch a higher framework of consciousness on Earth, setting in motion waves of the new frequencies of a higher order for the planet.

You may recognize the Stanley Hotel even if you've never read Stephen King's The Shining or seen the 1980 movie based on the book. Stephen King stayed in room 217 in 1974, and what he experienced immediately inspired him to write The Shining. King and his wife spontaneously stayed there to take shelter from a storm. The hotel was preparing to close for the season, and all of the guests and most of the staff had already departed. The empty corrodors and echoing halls cast an eerie tone over the already ominous environment.
The Stanley, which King renamed The Overlook for his novel, has been the sight of multiple paranormal sightings and experiences since it’s construction in 1909. Its notoriety continues to spread, and as a result the hotel has been featured on numerous tv shows such as Ghost Hunters and Ghost Adventures. Thousands of guests have reported unexplainable and strange events over the years. I recently stayed there myself after attending Aiden Sinclair’s magic show and the séance that followed.
The hotel was built in Estes National Park - the gateway to one of the most visited national parks in the United States, Rocky Mountain National Park. Freelan Oscar Stanley and his wife Flora originally moved to Estes Park because Freelan had developed tuberculosis and was told the mountain air would help his health. They first built a small house for their family, but then decided to build a place for family and friends to stay while visiting.
Construction on the hotel started in 1903 and was completed six years later. Originally named the Colonial Revival Hotel, it had many state-ofthe-art innovations including a hydraulic elevator, elec tric and gas heating, running water and even telephones. Over time, the Stanley’s continued expanding by devel oping a concert hall, a music lounge where Flora often played piano, a billiard room where Freelan entertained his male guests and even a bowling alley.
Thousands of people come to visit or stay at the Stanley Hotel each year. Many are attracted by tales of the paranormal. Numerous tours and shows are available for the curious, including a night-time paranormal/ghost tour that journey through parts of the hotel closed to the public. Over the years visitors have reported full body apparitions, disembodied voices, shadows, and things being moved in their room. One of the most common stories is of kids running down the hallways of the 4th floor. It’s said the Stanley kids played in those very hallways over a century ago. Many believe Mr. and Mrs. Stanley still roam and check on their hotel to this day.

We had a rollaway bed delivered to our room before leaving for dinner. When we returned, the bed was no longer there. We spoke to the front desk and checked with maid service, they had no record of someone entering the room and removing the bed.
Later that night at the séance, we were told of many instances of rollaway beds changing rooms when no one was there. We were moved into a different room on the 4th floor and as we walked we kept seeing shadows moving at the end of the hallways. We all were exhausted by that time and went to bed. Early the next morning, my room mate and I both heard a little girl calling out “Mama”. No children were staying on the floor and there were no kids outside at the time.
