seek peace daily
by Tim Miejan
he year 2012 is only five months away, and the date of Dec. 21, 2012 – which is either the most magical day ever in the history of the world or just another day like any other day there’s ever been, depending on who you ask – will be upon us sooner than we realize. To which I respond: In my opinion, there is no special date to prepare for and no predetermined time when the world will end. I’ve come to consider now as the most vital moment worthy of consideration – and there’s no waiting or preparing required for that. Having said that, I support the suggestion that this is a pivotal moment in the evolution of human consciousness. Despite the hype and misinterpretations related to 2012, my bones tell me that the entire natural world is undergoing a metamorphosis, a vast shift that
is transforming life as we know it. People are experiencing physical symptoms that cannot be explained by medical science. People are being healed of physical ailments spontaneously. And many people are experiencing an altered perception of time (slowing down, speeding up, disappearing) that cannot be put into words. Some call this the Shift of the Ages. Some suggest that we are entering a New Age, a Golden Age of peace. The following are a just a few of the many comments that have been made about this time in which we now live: “Many believe that the dawning Age of Light or Age of Consciousness defines itself in relation to our capacity for unconditional love, our ability to transcend enemy patterning and victim consciousness while adopting unity consciousness that sees divinity in all things. From this standpoint, it might be said humans are evolving into a ‘biologically conscious’ species capable of holding and sharing the full light of uncon-

“What we are expecting, after 2012, is a one hundred more times, more harmonious, Utopian world, where things like time travel, levitation, instant telepathy, instant healing, telekinesis are as common and as everyday as breathing. And I look forward to that time…. I see a very, very positive future coming.” – David Wilcock, researcher, author and speaker
Reading such statements reminds me of one of my favorite movie quotes of all time. The film is Easy Rider, and the campfire scene shows “Captain America” and Billy sharing a joint with hitchhiker George Hanson, an ACLU lawyer, who looks up at the stars and begins speaking of Venusians: “Well, they are people, just like us – from within our own solar system. Except that their society is more highly evolved. I mean, they don’t have no wars, they got no monetary system, they don’t have any leaders, because, I mean, each man is a leader. I mean, each man – because of their technology, they are able to feed, clothe, house and transport themselves equally – and with no effort.... For once man will have a god-like control over his own destiny, he will have a chance to transcend and to evolve with some equality for all.” I’d like to believe that humanity is moving that direction. Whether we get there, and when, is up to us. How we get there is by making that journey the greatest priority in our lives. a Tim Miejan is editor & co-publisher of Edge magazine. PRAYERS ANSWERED by Mandy Cassler
recently had a day where I felt I was just emotionally beaten down and utterly defeated. In one day I’d received extremely harsh truths from multiple people in my life, both personally and professionally. As you can imagine, this was quite difficult to take until I’d had a good night’s sleep. Upon waking in the morning, I realized that, in fact, I had been given an amazing gift. That gift was truth. This truth was the closure I’d sought in a romantic situation and clarification about my professional direction. Yes, indeed, my prayers had been answered! The painful fact is that answered prayers do not come the way you would expect, ever. Oftentimes when praying we will ask for closure to current relationship circumstances or guidance about what job to take next, but when the person you’re dating completely ignores you because of another woman and your boss tells you there is no future for you in your role, that’s devastating. However these were simply my prayers being answered. I’d prayed for so long to have closure to a romance and to receive career guidance that I’d completely missed the gift until a day later when it occurred to me that God really did hear my pleas. You see, we get so caught up thinking that when we pray for things like this that we’ll magically win the lottery and prince charming arrives on his beautiful horse. While this is a pleasing thought, it is not likely to occur. In actuality, the Universe seems to be much more subtle than we’d ever think. We need to be keen on what our blessings truly are and how to recognize them. Once you see everything for what it truly is, whether that is an answered prayer or any other gift from God, it will become much easier to make peace with the more difficult things in your life. You will feel liberated and free to move on in the direction you’ve been guided to take. So wake up, take notice of the gifts you’ve been given and capitalize on your new-found knowledge. Then the world will be yours! a Mandy Cassler resides in the Twin Cities metro area and enjoys the great outdoors in addition to writing whenever she is able. Her passion for living and loving often outshines just about anything else that she does. Her other passions are her family and friends. Copyright © 2011. All Rights Reserved.
There is no U in Love by John Ptacek
ove is where you are not. It would bomb as a pick up line, but it’s a concept of love worth pondering. They are the words of Jiddu Krishnamurti, a renowned spiritual teacher who travelled the world in the 20th century extolling the merits of self-inquiry. At first the statement comes across like one of those “if-a-tree-falls-inthe-woods” Zen mindbenders, but spend a few moments with it and it may dissolve into a valuable insight. Tug on the word “you” and the statement begins to unravel. You, as in ego. Krishnamurti was saying that love can only exist when the ego is not around to muck things up. Few of us would object to such a selfless concept of love. Similar observations by acknowledged subject matter experts like St. Paul and Kahlil Gibran lift our lips into hopeful smiles during wedding ceremonies. In those moments of stillness we contemplate the endlessness of human possibility, but only seconds later we are contemplating the endless flow of free beer at the reception. It’s as if such grand visions of love are too hot to hold, or perhaps too unattainable to sustain our attention. And anyway, who are St. Paul or Kahlil Gibran to lecture anyone about love? The dudes weren’t even married. For better or for worse, we view love as easily acquired treasure. This is because we define it as a feeling, rather than as the shared experience Krishnamurti hints at. We can’t wait to report the news of our surging feelings to friends after a third date with our latest admirer. And three dates later we want to throw open the window and broadcast our feelings to the world. Something inside us has been switched on, and it’s a marvelous feeling that’s hard to describe. Eventually we all find the same word for it – love. But is a feeling that any randy seventh grader can experience really what the world needs more of? If this is love, it is not of the selfless variety. It is all about us, and hooray for that. But feelings come and go, even the rapturous ones, making this kind of love as easy to fall out of as it is to fall into. Is this ephemeral quality evidence of love’s sublime mystery? Or is love, the feeling, too flimsy a structure to stand on its own? Divorced from feeling, love loses its conventional charm. When it’s not being rented out for wedding ceremonies, the concept of love as a shared state of being is considered the property of ascetics like Gandhi and Mother Teresa. Far from romantic, it is a state in which the ego loses its grip and one’s identity merges with those around them. It is love without a speck of self-gratification; in the absence of ego, there is no self seeking any reward. Love exists, according to Krishnamurti, because we no longer do. As inspiring as this selfless model of love might be, who needs it? The old model works just fine. That is, until it breaks down, which it does most of the time when you consider the hefty divorce rate and then guess at the number of burned out marriages. Add to this the legions of lovers meeting similar fates outside the borders of marriage and we have what might be termed an epidemic if it were a contagious disease. And yet somehow none of this dissuades us from hopping aboard the same rickety jalopy for another perilous ride. A more abiding state of love awaits those disillusioned by one too many hapless joyrides. We need not shave our heads or abandon all earthly pleasures to enter this transcendent state, but we must discard the notion that love is a self-fulfilling venture. Love and ego cannot coexist. Like light and shadow, they cancel each other out. For love to appear, you must disappear. You must give yourself so completely that no trace of you remains. Love arises in the space created by your absence. Love is where you are not. a John Ptacek’s essays explore the unquestioned assumptions that limit our capacity for happiness. They appear on his website, On Second Thought, www.johnptacek.com. He lives in Wisconsin with his wife, Kitty. Copyright © 2011. All Rights Reserved.
Summerland Spirit Festival: A new Earth-centered spiritual retreat
ummerland Spirit Festival, a nine-day experiential spiritual retreat for followers of a nature-based spiritual path, will take place this summer in the Upper Midwest. Nestled within several square miles of wild forest near Turtle Lake, WI, this festival offers the chance to heal, reconnect with nature, attend workshops, experience several group rituals, dance, drum, and make new friends. The concept for Summerland Spirit Festival emerged only eight months ago when a group of people representing other Earthcentered spiritual festivals came together to create a better festival experience. The result is an event intended for individuals who want the combination of abundant wildlife, beautiful scenery, and being able to spiritually grow, while still having access to modern facilities and professionally prepared food. It is the first festival that is intended to be an all-inclusive spiritual retreat for followers of Earth-centered spiritual traditions. Author returns to Cities to speak on vanished civilizations, our origins
ichael Tellinger – scientist, explorer and internationally acclaimed author who has become an authority on the origins of humankind and the vanished civilizations of southern Africa – returns to the Twin Cities in July to reveal more about the lost civilization in Southern Africa and much more. He will speak in Minneapolis from 7-10 p.m. Wednesday, July 6, at Lake Harriet Spiritual Community, 4401 Upton Ave. S. Tickets are $30 and are available at the door or online at www.usmichaeltellinger.blogspot. com. New archaeological and scientific discoveries made by Tellinger, and a team of leading scientists, show that the Sumerians and even the Egyptians inherited all their knowledge from an earlier civilization that lived at the southern tip of Africa more than 200,000 years ago. These were also the people who carved the first Sphinx, built the first pyramids and built an accurate stone calendar right in the heart of it all. These settlements cover most of southern Africa. In his book Temples Of The African Gods, he exposes his discoveries that will be the catalyst for rewriting our ancient human history. a

Happiness & Joy
Connecting to inner tranquality by Swami Nityamuktananda
ften yoga is associated with discipline, hard work, denial and even rigorous practice. Sure, we talk a lot in Yoga about discipline, and yes, we need that, but really, Yoga is the “Art of Joyful Living” (Swami Rama). We confuse joy with happiness, not knowing what either is except that it’s something that makes me feel good, invoking in me the feeling of being happy. Scientific research names three sources that give us “happiness”: 1. Pleasure (positive sensory experience, for example eating chocolate, drinking cappuccino, making love, even doing vigorous exercises). 2. Engagement (involvement with one’s family, work, romance and hobbies, doing something where we are positively involved, not feeling alone and separate). 3. Meaning (something like fulfillment, satisfaction, etc.) All these bring a rush of energy to our heart; we say it gives an adrenalin rush and releases endorphins. But that’s not it. Let’s contemplate: Whether through pleasure, engagement in the world or in meaning, or indeed, whether from the satisfaction derived from knowing I do “right” – all the above reasons link happiness to events that happen outside of ourselves. The research indicates that what contributes most to happiness are working human relationships. In fact, the happiest people seem to be those who are in the center of a network of people, such as family, friends and community. We derive happiness from: my wife, my husband, my children, my friends, my state. This includes not only simple contact, but the ability to communicate and be understood by them. So happiness is a reaction to something that happens “on the outside.” Moreover, what makes us happy seems to depend on our personal makeup, our character type. We can easily recognize five types of happiness, which we call the elements or gunas. According to the Bhagavad Gita (Yogic Scripture), for one type of people happiness arises from things staying the same (security, routine, habits, lack of inspiration). This type of happiness satisfies the basic human urge for safety and mere
sense cravings. It is linked to addictive, samsaric patterns. The second kind of happiness arises from doing the job asked of you perfectly; happiness here arises out of the satisfaction of achieving an aim. This can, with higher understanding mean that happiness arises from dropping the confines of the conditioned ego-self, rising above it and merging in the joy of knowing one’s subtler core, one’s essence, the Higher Self. The third type of happiness arises from the thrill resulting from passionate sensual stimulus; however, unhappiness follows in its wake, dumping the enjoyer into a pit of exhaustion. Happiness changes easily into un-happiness. However this burning fire has the potential of transcending the sense experience into awareness of the “light beyond,” and with such transformation one can taste the “joy of being.” The fourth and fifth kinds of happiness stem from the joy of discovering something new and through creativity, discriminative awareness and insight, which leads to the moment of “eureka” – of the aha experience, the “Ionian enchantment.” The satisfaction from such insights brings equilibrium and hence fosters inner harmony and peace. It roots in “the joy arising out of inner self-control. Initially it might feel ‘tough’ (tapasya), unpleasant/like poison, but is in effect like elixir; that happiness is called sattvic, born of the pleasantness of one’s intelligence” (Swami Rama; Perennial psychology of the Bhagavad Gita; XVIII/37). The peace and tranquillity, the joy and expansion that the mind and intellect come to experience as a result of the latter, is a coming together of inner and outer nature, and as such is called “prasadam,” gladness of the heart. The Bhagavad Gita says that when the individual self finds delight and joy in his Self, that is the highest form of all joys. That is love – love not for an object, not love because of fulfilling a desire, but love without object...simply love for all. More subtle versions of happiness relate to a “state of being in joy” that Swami Veda Bharati refers to as “Chitta prasadanam” and is in Buddhism called ”the beautiful mind.” The joy that arises from such beautiful mind, is caused by: “Giving of oneself (earth)
Merging into the ocean of the all-pervading (water) Fulfillment of one’s destiny (fire to light) Gladness of heart and mind Through living a divine life (air and space).” Happiness that stems from fulfillment of lower desires (sense pleasures) is always temporary, invariably followed by unhappiness. The subtler, higher versions of an inner happiness is what we refer to as joy! Joy has no opposite, because it is not related to the external. To experience joy we have to turn inward, to get in touch with that “inner happiness,” which has no trigger, no relationship with what goes on in the outside world. That joy is there, whether we live in a troubled world, chaotic family situation, alone on a mountain top - or in prison. Somewhere within us, there exists a source of deep joy, independent of causation. It is what is referred to as ananda, marking our true source: sat (existence) chit (consciousness) ananda (bliss/joy). Joy then rises in its purest sense from realizing who we really are, hence is always available within us, arising from “an internal state of tranquillity!” (S.R. Holistic Health). It’s the source in our being, that joy externalized is felt as happiness. Joy itself is something intrinsically ours; it cannot be taken away, even if the circumstances change, or we lose all wealth and health. It is, rather, an innate quality that is in you and part of you. You don’t lose it when you lose your job! Or your children! Joy is a sense of tranquillity and love, which bubbles in us as a life spring. In Swami Rama’s (and Swami Ajaya’s) book, Creative Use of Emotions, this definition of joy is given: “Joy is the first-born of love and is experienced by all creatures. A human being can experience joy through thought, actions and speech which soothes the senses and stimulates the nervous system. Joy is a necessity in human life. It repairs the physical and mental damage brought on by one’s way of day-to-day living. “Life without joy is a light that shines only for the dead. A fortunate few know how to utilize this joyous state of mind. Joy is very necessary for maintaining harmony within oneself and in one’s relationships in the world, at home and in society.” To live from such inner tranquillity, peace and joy is what Yoga offers us. In fact, it is the key to “the art of joyful living” as Swami Rama called it. a Swami Nitya will be in the Twin Cities area through the end of July. She will be giving public lectures at The University of St. Thomas in St. Paul as part of the Creating Joy: The Art and Science of Yoga Congress 2011. Swami Nityamuktananda Saraswati (Dr. Christa-Maria Herrmann), German by birth and naturalized British, became a Yogic monk in 2003 from Swami Anubhavananda and confirmed her vows in the traditional Vedic ceremony with Swami Veda Bharati in the Himalayan Tradition in 2007. In 1997 she completed a Ph.D. in ecophilosophy and has since contributed worldwide in conferences and workshops especially in two areas: the five elements and Yoga philosophy in its widest sense. Presently, she teaches mainly on topics related to Yoga philosophy in many countries, and she also teaches in the Association of Himalayan Yoga Meditation Societies International teacher training program. She has taught for many years at the Kaivalyadhama Yoga Research Institute (Lonavla, India) as well as at Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama (Rishekesh, India). Visit www.athayoga.info. Copyright © 2011. TH E PLE IAD IAN AM BASSADOR an interview with Christine Day on the rebirthing of humanity part 2 con t i n u es o n l i n e at e d g e m ag a z i n e . n et by Tim Miejan
ative Australian Christine Day, a spiritual teacher, healer and author, has channeled information from extraterrestrials known as Pleiadians for the past 20 years, seeking to assist and awaken humanity during this acknowledged time of great transformation on planet Earth. Through a channeled healing modality, Frequencies of Brilliance, and book, Pleiadian Initiations of Light, she has offered people tools to awaken consciously to their true nature, and a new online teaching program that is being introduced – the Pleiadian Enlightenment Academy – will allow people worldwide to access information now only offered during select seminars. Speaking through Christine Day, the Pleiadians said this about the new online program: “This ‘Language of Light’ work has been brought forth at this time to enable those of you who feel called to do so to take giant steps toward your own enlightenment process. We have crafted energies that will support you in being able to move back into a place of re-alignment to the Self, and remembrance of your place within the Universal Consciousness. “The time has come for many of you to reconnect to this aspect of your Self, so that you can navigate your place within the Collective. As you make your way back towards Self, you undergo a transformation that enables you to hold an “energetic platform” – an energetic mirror, as it were – for others to meet that aspect of themselves. In this manner, you enable many other humans to follow in your footsteps. This is part of your
mission here, it is what you came here to do, and now is the time for this unfoldment.” Christine Day spoke with The Edge from her home office in Minneapolis about the Pleiadians in general and the expanded teaching in particular, as well as her upcoming three-day Pleiadian Seminar on July 22-24 at the Ramada Mall of America in Bloomington, MN. For those new to the Pleiadians, can you briefly explain who they are and why we should take note of their presence? Christine Day: The Pleiadians are here
at the moment on our Earth plane and they are bringing their energies here to support us in these changing times, in this new dawning that is taking place on our Earth plane. We are going through a birthing of a new dimensional consciousness on the planet. The Pleiadians are here to work with not only the Earth’s energy, but with each one of us if we are willing to open up for the support that they bring. Part of that is just holding space around us to birth ourselves. They are not bringing anything to us. They are assisting us in birthing ourselves. They call this time the New Dawning, and they say we are the New Dawning, that every human being is a New Dawning and is part of the birthing of consciousness that is going on. So that is their commitment, to work with individuals and the collective energy on the Earth.
Let me ask you something that came from a channeling I heard a number of years back. It related to the fact that the people on Earth are doing something that maybe no other beings on any planet have ever
done, and that is to consciously evolve themselves and their planet. Would you have anything to say about that? CD: Well, I totally agree. The principle
message the Pleiadians are bringing to everybody is the importance of the role that we are playing here in this experience of having a human experience and awakening consciously to our awakened states. They emphasize how important it is for us to embrace our humanness and to honor ourselves for the courage it has taken to come here and have this experience of being human – and birthing consciously into our enlightenment. They say one of the most important things for human beings to understand right now is the journey of loving ourselves as human beings and understanding we’re going through a deep, changing relationship with our humanness. They say that we are helping human beings to understand their humanness, and that what we need to do is turn back towards ourselves with much love and compassion for everything we’ve experienced here on our journey so far in this lifetime. So, absolutely, I totally resonate with that.
For people who may be new to the spiritual path, explain what it actually means to “awaken.” CD: It is a remembrance process.
Awakening is the gradual opening up and understanding of ourselves as being more than this limited human aspect living on this third dimensional illusion. There is this shift in consciousness taking place on the planet, birthing from the third dimensional planet to a fourth- and fifth-dimensional planet. It is bringing us slowly awake into remembering that we are interconnected with other human beings, that we are interconnected to the
natural forces, to the Earth, to the Sun, to the trees and the plants. We have this interconnected consciousness, this Goddess, within us. It’s about slowly waking up and having direct experiences, suddenly feeling a deep loving connection with Nature, with another human being and understanding they’re not alone. Part of that waking up is understanding that we actually have incredible, unlimited abilities to create and be magical creatures. The third dimensional mind, the ego-mind, is not who we are. As we connect to our heart, we start to connect and remember our magical aspect of ourselves. That is what is taking place. Birthing back to our heart actually is a very simple process. It’s not complicated. In the process of feeling your heart and connecting to the Spirit of yourself you remember and wake up to your magic. Fear doesn’t exist in that magic. That’s really a very third-dimensional thing, the fear, the struggle, the tiredness, the belief that we don’t have enough. All of that is connected to the ego-mind. There is a lot of fear out there, especially a lot of fear being put out about these changing times. And the fact is, there is nothing to be afraid of, because when we connect to that part of ourselves that is magical, then we are able to relax and rest in this changing place, in the birthing that’s going on. There is a lot of suggestion by religion and by the media and by movies and entertainment that these times that we’re in are the End Times and the world is going to end. But aren’t we actually just moving from one level of consciousness up to a higher level? CD: Exactly, and the Pleiadians say
this is your next step. They remind us that we have said yes to being here at this time. Each one of us has made a pre-agreement to be here on this Earth plane at this time to be in this change. It’s been a great gift, and it was an honor for us all to be received here. The Pleiadians say we’re all making just another step, and it’s a beautiful step and a glorious step as we start connecting into the magic of ourselves. Part of my work is bringing these energies through. That’s what the Pleiadian seminar is about. It’s actually an awakening seminar for people to take another step towards the magic of themselves so they begin
THE PLEIADES star cluster known as the Seven Sisters located 400 light years from Earth noted channelings include Jani King’s T h e P ’ t a a h Ta p e s a n d Barbara Marciniak’s Bringers of the Dawn
to take another step into the remembrance of themselves. There is change coming, it’s true, and the human ego-mind does not like change. But the heart knows the truth of that change and the beauty of it, and it’s really very much a Divine time for us, very exciting. What takes place for an individual who attends the three-day Pleiadian event? CD: A tremendous transformation
takes place. There is an accelerated awakening of the individual, and any person who comes begins to align and awaken during those three days. They go through a very deep awakening process that maintains after they leave the seminar, so it’s a huge step forward for whoever wants to come in. Physical healings take place in these events, and for many people there’s some very, very deep reconnections to their own aspect of their light, so they start awakening and remembering who they are in that fourth- and fifthdimensional state. There’s also a very strong interconnection between the people who come, a unique bonding and expansion within the group itself. It is a group dynamic, and there is a unique dynamic for each individual. There’s a group initiation, and then there’s an individual initiation with the light, and it seems to call in soul groups. I see groups of people connecting and meeting, and then after the seminar, networking with each other in a very strong way, so that’s very nice, too. They also get to form a deeper relationship with the Pleiadians at the seminar, so that when they leave they are connected to a Pleiadian team that July 2011 edge magazine
will go on working with them after the seminar. This is part of the support that people agree to at the seminar. If they don’t want that connection with the Pleaidians, they don’t have to have it, but there is a moment in the workshop when they put up their hand and the Pleiadians read the energy through the palm of their hand and a Pleiadian team is given to each person who says yes to it. We also work with the spiritual realms there at the Pleiadian seminar. They enter in force because the Pleiadians set an energetic grid in the whole room. Angels and light beings can walk one-on-one with the people, as well. Participants also learn how to work in the dimensional crystal vortex. The Pleiadians guide me to dial these huge crystals, and as they’re moved, a dimensional energy opens up. It’s like a womb is created that births each person back into that remembering place, and they have that experience of coming back to themselves and remembering and being able to anchor and maintain that connection with themselves. We have a teaching dialogue from the Pleiadians and a space for channeled answers for questions that are asked. We also work with the energetic matrix, which is a geometrical process. The Pleiadians design sacred designs and everyone sits within that matrix and goes through a very deep process of union with consciousness. So at these events, there are a lot of different processes that go on. People are really going through rapid transformation, but it’s very gentle. Each person is uniquely working within
themselves at their own pace, so it’s not like there’s too much energy for people to digest. They take what they can handle, so there’s integrating processes throughout the workshop. It’s very special. As a result of what you’ve built up through these events, do you sense it is now time to expand the teachings outward to more people? I understand you’re beginning to do that through online teachings now called the Pleiadian Enlightenment Academy. CD: Yes, the first online program
is called “Language of Light.” The Pleiadians have created eight video classes – two classes a month for four months. Students are given homework through channeled audio files that they receive. They work with sacred symbols and sounds that birth them deeply into their remembering, awakening process. It’s very powerful and empowering. There are going to be three modules of the Language of Light. It will end up being a 12-month program, 24 classes, two classes a month. The first module is now available, and others will be coming in August. What I love about how the Pleiadians have designed this first module is that it’s designed to assist people in coming back and embracing their humanness as they birth their spiritual nature. The Pleiadians are saying that we need to turn back to our human selves and start loving our human journey and honoring our human journey and the courage we have had to be here, that we need to bring the human content of ourselves into the awakening process.
We can’t leave the human self behind. We have to bring ourselves with us into the fourth and fifth dimensional energy. Otherwise, we’re in separation. Some people think we have to be enlightened and leave our human egos behind, but that’s not the case. We do need to bring our human selves with us. This program is designed to work with the human aspects of ourselves as we awaken, as we start to evolve and forgive ourselves and move into a state of love and self-devotion, as we birth and remember. So, the overall idea is to expand this information out to more people throughout the world? CD: Absolutely it is. The Pleiadian
Enlightenment Academy is at a new site, ChristineDayOnline.com. There are free downloads where you can click and explore the Enlightenment Academy. And on YouTube we offer some little experiences of what the class would be like, so people can go and explore it and feel if it’s right for them. a Please continue reading Part 2 of this interview online at Edgemagazine.net

waking up: trust your heart
Star Wisdom JULY 2011
by DK Brainard Aries (Mar. 21-Apr. 19)…Remember that all of this inner conflict is trying to set you free. What does that mean? It means being open and honest with your emotions. It means releasing family and social expectations and pursuing your true life’s work. It means letting go of “should” and learning to trust your heart.
key relationship but other than that, July looks so much easier than June. Your third eye opens up and gives you a bigger, more holistic perspective on your relationship struggles of the last few months. And this new understanding opens the door for you to enjoy the kind of relationship you dream about.
Taurus (Apr. 20-May 20)…You’ve got more lucky energy this month than you’ve had in a long time. With Jupiter in your sign, life just naturally wants to bring you positive experiences. Mars in your money house could bring unexpected expenses but as long as you stay focused on the good, you’ll breeze through with room to spare.
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)…Money continues to be a huge part of your evolutionary game. You’ve got plenty of energy, so if you need more of the green stuff, why not go out and get it? With your ruling planet Jupiter in your house of work and service for the next year, work is what makes you happiest anyway. Get off the sidelines and get in the game.
Gemini (May 21-June 20)…July is like waking up in a different world. Last month’s eclipses changed your trajectory and showed you the person you are evolving into. Now is the time to get down to work and use your willpower to step into that vision of the ideal you. You’ve got plenty of energy this month, so use it for your own highest good.
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)…With an eclipse in your relationship house on the 1st and a Full Moon on the 15th in your sign, you gain more clarity as the month goes on. You’re good as long as you understand the rules and it looks like you finally grasp the changes you need to make in order to move forward. With Saturn direct in your career house, hard work will pay off, so keep at it.
Cancer (June 21-July 22)…Life has been relentlessly teaching you to let go of the past, specifically old ideas of who you are and how you must behave. This month you get to remake yourself in the image of the person you most long to be. This includes your key relationships so be willing to let go of one that will never be what you need it to be. This opens up room for a more aligned person to enter your life. Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)…The first three weeks of July are ideal for reviewing your progress since your last birthday. Not a time to push for glory, but rather a time to work hard, demonstrate perseverance and commitment, and trust your intuition. Wait for the cosmic green light on the 23rd, when the Sun enters your sign and activates lucky Jupiter in your career zone. Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)…It’s so important to choose your friends wisely this month and spend time with people who understand your goals and share your vision of the world. So many good things can come to you through your professional and community connections, but only if you’re connected to people who share your vibe. Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)…Although it may be a little intense for your tastes, there’s a lot to love about July. After the eclipse on the 1st blows through, you’ve got fabulous career energy through the 22nd. With Saturn direct in your sign now, people take you seriously and treat your ideas with respect. So whether you’re taking the next step or starting over, throw yourself wholeheartedly into this new chapter. Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)…You may continue to have to set boundaries in a
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)…As long as you’re learning, everything else will somehow take care of itself. Curiosity may have killed the cat, but it’s your lifeline right now. Refuse to tolerate boredom. Your mind is a portal to infinite realms of experience but you’re the one who must command and connect. Pisces (Feb. 19-Mar. 20)…Your challenge this month is to catch yourself when you slip into whining mode. Focusing on your dissatisfaction only increases it. Your soul is longing for the experience of flow right now so connect with the creative project or activity that opens your heart. That’s what brings the abundance you long for. a Listen to “Edge Astrology with D.K. Transformation and Self-Healing by Dawn Kirsch
he first breath of life leads to our last exhale at death, but for whatever span that lies in between, breathing is an unassuming, yet essential, part of life. It seems odd that one would need lessons in how to breathe. Yet people worldwide are turning to courses on breathing for lowering stress and finding renewed vigor and clarity through age-old breathing techniques. Breath is the activity and infinite intelligence of Spirit moving in the body. It is the connection between the physical body and the soul. When you breathe fully and consciously, you raise your bio-electric vibration. We are vibrational beings, energetic instruments of great subtlety and power, alive in a sea of light, sound and silence. The way we vibrate affects us on every level of our being. Soul Breathing is a deep, diaphragmatic, breathing process that activates a high vibrational energy that raises low vibrational energy patterns that are stuck in your electromagnetic field. It is at the cutting edge of breathwork. Vibration is the key. Soul Breathing sets up a vibration that triggers profound shifts in your mental & emotional states. It generates vitality and activates the body’s natural healing abilities. It rewires your energy bodies (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual) and turns on your latent DNA. You open your heart to joy and instantly feel your connection to Infinite Intelligence - a cellular experience of divinity. The resolution of restricted breathing patterns frees you to integrate your soul more fully in your body. You anchor heaven onto earth. Terri Peterson, SBF, TBF, ACPH, RPh, a Soul Breathing facilitator, guides her clients to open their breath during a breath session and coaches them to keep going with their breath. She calls on angels and guides that assist her by working through the breath of each individual to give them exactly what’s needed. She has studied Soul Breathing™ with Robert Winn, Transformational Breathing™ with Dr. Judith Kravitz, and Arhatic Yoga®/Pranic Healing® with the late Grand Master Choa Kok Sui. Terri uniquely combines science and spirituality, by blending her work as Breath Facilitator and teacher along with her work as a Pranic Healer and her profession as a Registered Pharmacist. Terri has a private holistic practice in St. Paul and travels extensively offering workshops and seminars locally and throughout the United States. She has seen incredible shifts in people. One client said: “I’ve been suffering from chronic back pain for a couple of years now. During my session I felt my spine straighten out and now my pain is totally gone. It’s hard to believe.” Another said, “The breath has enhanced my clairvoyance and now I see all sorts of things.” People say they feel younger and some notice they’ve lost weight. 2012: The End or…the Gift? by John F. Schulte
e are obviously experiencing a great shift. Evidence is everywhere. It’s in the increasing number of wars that are going on. It’s in the rebellions: more people rising up to attempt to change their governments. The shift is ongoing in the global economy. It’s visible in the documented increase of various forms of natural disaster. It’s in the general uncertainty and extreme discomfort that so many are feeling about the future. All of these are signs that massive change is underway. But where is that change leading us? You may already have the calendar in your head marked for December 21, 2012 – the Solstice. This could be the most important date ever…when God flips the great celestial light switch in the sky. If you believe the happy hype and hyperbole, then this is the precise moment when the golden age leaps forth fully formed into the world. If, on the other hand, you believe the doom and gloom, then this marks the fiery end of the world – the apocalypse arriving in the form of a pole shift, an asteroid strike, nuclear war, pestilence or other disasters.
a a 18
Let’s start with where that hype comes from. Everything I’ve channeled about that date says, “Yes, it is significant.” It marks an alignment of our Sun with the center of the Milky Way galaxy as it rises that Solstice morning. Much of the hoopla surrounding that date is based on analysis strongly suggesting that the Mayan calendar ends on that date. I’m neither a Mayan scholar nor an astronomer, so I won’t attempt to give all the details, but that alignment makes sense as to why the Mayan calendar would end at that time. But why should we believe it marks the end of time or the end of the world? The Earth is still here When last year ended, did you fear the world was going to end? No, you got a new calendar. Why should we believe the Mayan calendar is any different? Well, the longest time frame the Mayans measured lasts 52,000 years, so the end of that cycle seems to mark a very important date. But that doesn’t necessarily mean the end of the world. Remember, this alignment has happened before and will happen again, and the Earth is still here. It marks a major shift, but I believe it’s a much

more important shift than one into instant Armageddon or instant Eden. What I believe will occur at that time is a shift in the predominant mass consciousness that is fear based and focused through victimhood and lack to a new “status quo” predominant consciousness that is based in love and focused through empowerment and abundance. To understand this fully, we must clarify what mass consciousness is and how it affects us. Many seem to believe that mass consciousness is one big ball of energy. It can be looked at that way, but it is actually composed of an infinite variety of balls of energy – one for each thought, feeling and experience that has ever existed. Each time a thought has occurred in any person or other being, it has added to the energy in that ball in the mass consciousness. The same is true for every feeling and every experience. Mass Consciousness One way to look at what we lightworkers are doing is that we are changing the relationships between various balls of energy in the mass consciousness. As an example, let’s look at the polar opposite balls of energy of lack and abundance. As we heal our fears and experiences based in lack, we shrink the ball of lack in the mass consciousness by the same amount. As we expand our belief in and experience of abundance, we are expanding the ball of abundance in the mass consciousness. What I believe will happen at that moment of alignment with the galactic core is that the balls of energy that are love, empowerment and abundance are going to reach more than 50 percent in relation to the balls of energy that are their polarities (fear, victimhood, lack). It’s not the light switch immediately
Breathing continued from page 17 Others say that little things don’t bother them anymore. One student told me, “I’ve been breathing for a while now and it just keeps getting better and better. I’ve released many old emotions and limiting beliefs. Now that I’m more clear, I am able to hold the vibration of love and joy in my body. It’s an amazing feeling of bliss and ecstasy.” “My hope,” Terri says, “is that more and more people become aware of their breath and the potential it holds for self-healing and transformation. It’s one of the most powerful, positive tools we can use to gain self-mastery and enlightened states and it has been within us all along. It is simple, free, accessible, self-empowering and it’s literally right under our noses!” a
moving us all to love. Rather it’s a change in the status quo, in the mass consciousness pressure affecting our experience. Mass consciousness is like water pressure – the deeper you go in the ocean, the greater the pressure on you. The larger the ball of energy in a particular ball of mass consciousness, the more pressure it exerts on those who have any of that feeling or thought or belief in them. But it is relative. Few of us hold only fear or only love within us. The opposite ball of energy is also exerting its pressure. When the balance shifts What happens when the balance shifts so the mass consciousness of love is larger than that of fear? It will become easier to live in love than in fear. Love will be more supported than fear. We can still hold fear if we so desire, but it will require more energy to do so. But the gentle push of mass consciousness will be reset toward love. The ball will be rolling more easily and picking up speed toward love. I believe this is the gift awaiting us on that date – the gift of greater ease in living in love as we desire. I can’t wait to unwrap that present! a John F. Schulte returns to the Twin Cities from July 29 through August 2 to present a number of healing and channeling sessions. In the past, the purpose of my travels was always a vacation from What Is My Life. I would literally vacate from the responsibilities, obligations and schedules of my life situation for experiences that would soothe, calm and delight. This time, I am embarking on a road trip with a very different purpose, and with no timeframe. Lately, I have greatly minimized my responsibilities, obligations and schedules and now have more time for personal reflection. I realize my beliefs, patterns and stories define me. The good ones I’ll keep, the others I’ll question. I no longer prefer to be a walking bobblehead, telling the same stories, repeating the same patterns, and living within the context of beliefs that were instilled in me decades ago by people I would not even ask directions from today. My deeply integrated patterns and beliefs based in fear, limitation and lack kept life predictable, and there is a comfort in that. If I keep doing what I’ve always done, I know how it will turn out. Yet, the inquiry into the unknown is the only place we discover more about ourselves. Most people do not want to venture into the unknown because they prefer to have a life that is more predictable. To expand as a soul, I surrender to the unknown and I begin the inquiry, “Who am I, without my limiting beliefs, patterns and stories?” My living situation with my partner Larry is very satisfying and offers me a lot of personal expansion. I know “Who I Am” within the context of our living together. Now I find my heart desires the opportunity to be by myself, to answer the question: “Who am I, when there is just I?” I’m in the process of embarking on a road trip to find answers to my questions above. I’m taking my 1997 Mercury Villager mini van with 168,000 miles on it, a tent, sleeping bag and a cooler and I’m heading West. I’ll have my laptop for blog updates and a cell phone. I didn’t take a camera with me. All photos on my webpage will be taken by strangers I ask to take my picture with their cellphones and then ask them to text the picture to my blog for posting. I am undertaking this practice to expand out of my old way of being an invisible, independent traveler, and stretch myself to actually connect with other people. This practice does not come easily to me. My old beliefs kick in: “Don’t talk to strangers. Mind your own business. Don’t bother people.” Somewhere in me new beliefs want to take hold: “People want to help you. Ask for what you need.” I’m leaving Monday 4/18/11. I don’t know when I will be back, just that I will be.
Following the Flock After sleeping in my van at the truck stop, I changed into my Easter outfit in the bathroom at the Quick Mart. I was going to the 9:30 a.m. Easter church service at Mount of Olives Lutheran Church in Rock Springs, WY. They had me at their “Easter Service, Breakfast Follows” sign. I arrived at 9:15 a.m., only to find that the service started at 9:00. The only seats left were in the front of the church. All eyes were on me as I made my way to a seat. Soon after I sat down, my cell phone rang. I quickly silenced it. Apparently, my mother in Chicago was calling to wish me a happy holiday. Being the systems buster that I am, I had great fun reciting the prayers and singing the songs in my loud, reverent voice. The quiet flock was perhaps a bit ruffled by my staunch presence, but that only made my joy in who I am greater. I found the beliefs of this religion about Jesus are very different than mine. Yet, I was pleased these folks, my brothers and sisters, were on a spiritual path. After mass we were all invited to breakfast in the fellowship hall. I had my choice of six homemade egg dishes donated by church members. An Abundant Universe I inhabit! There were also pancakes, sausage, cinnamon rolls, Easter cookies, juice and coffee. I told the woman minister that I enjoyed her service and that I was on a road trip from Minneapolis. A woman told me she liked my shawl. I did exchange words with the grandpa across the table from me. Otherwise, most people ate in silence. My friend Kori telephoned me that night and asked, “What are you learning from this trip?” I didn’t have a definitive answer, and said I would think about it more the next day. I went to sleep with the question embedded in my subconscious. I woke up at 5:55 a.m. with the message that I am a soul having a human experience. Intellectually I know this, but I stayed present with the thought and waited to see where it led me. I immediately recalled when I was driving through Wyoming and an oversized pick-up truck pulling a livestock trailer passed me. I followed the trailer noticing it was packed with live sheep…two tiers of them. You couldn’t fit another sheep in that trailer if you tried, and I scoffed at the inhumanity of the scene. It then occurred to me if the vehicle should brake suddenly, the flock offered each member safety from physical injury, as the sheep would have the cushion of each other’s wool to keep them upright and unharmed. Looking at the sheep, I felt a kinship with this flock. The sheep offer each other safety and fellowship and make the journey easier. I was traveling in my van alone, without Unleashed continued on page 22

A Trip to Rosicrucian Park by Mark Sobraske
f you’re traveling soon to one of America’s most visited cities — San Francisco — and want a break from the foggy weather or are planning to head south to the beaches at Carmel, Santa Cruz or the 17-mile drive area, take a short side trip to a one of my favorite places called Rosicrucian Park in San Jose. Rosicrucian Park is a whole city block of buildings of Egyptian and Moorish architecture nestled in a quiet residential area. The peaceful environment, along with the spiritual essence of what the park represents, creates a peaceful and harmonious ambiance. Built in the early 1930s by H. Spencer Lewis as the world center for the Rosicrucian Order AMORC, it’s now the administrative and spiritual center for the North American branch of the Rosicrucian Order. The Rosicrucian Order is a nonsectarian fraternal body of men and women devoted to the investigation, study and practical application of natural and spiritual laws. The park reflects these values, with several spots for reflection and meditation. Weekdays at 12:05 p.m., a meditation for world peace takes place in the main Temple and is open to the public. The Temple is a modified replica of the Temple of Hathor at Dendera in ancient Egypt. The site simulates the twilight of the sun over an open air Temple. The meditation only takes a short time and you return to the world refreshed and alert and ready to smell the rose trees in the nearby garden. During one of my trips there, in 2004, I was lucky to witness the dedication of the Peace Garden, which is based on the remains of the city of Akhenaten of ancient Egypt. It was the capital city of the famed 18th dynasty Pharaoh who was acclaimed to be the world’s first monotheist. The
educational garden is authentic to that time period, featuring buildings, medicinal plants, grape arbors and a pool for fish and lotus plants. The biggest attraction at Rosicrucian Park is the Egyptian museum, which houses the largest collection of Egyptian, Assyrian and Babylonian artifacts in the western United States. My kid’s favorite was the rock-cut tomb of an Egyptian nobleman. The guide leads everyone through the partly darkened tomb with a flashlight, explaining the tomb, its sarcophagus, the hieroglyphs, the Egyptian concept of the afterlife, and the numerous paintings on the wall and ceiling — answering questions along the way. Several mummies of humans and animals and other artifacts found in Egyptian tombs are found in the museum. Guided tours also explore the main parts of the museum. You should schedule about 90 minutes minimum for the museum tour. On weekends a planetarium presents star shows throughout the day for added interest for adults and children. There is a nominal charge for the museum and planetarium, but the grounds of the Park are open to the public. Rosicrucian continued on page 25

Unleashed continued from page 20 the safety or fellowship of anyone. I left my mate, children, family and friends at home. Was my journey harder? My eyes caught the eyes of one of the sheep as the trailer passed me. Our eyes held each other’s gaze and time ceased to exist as my spirit joined with this sheep’s. I felt the animal’s uncertainty as to why? it was in this trailer, and for what purpose? I wondered why? I was in my van, and for what purpose? Here I was traveling the country without my flock, and suddenly found myself following this one. Were the sheep going to greener pastures? Or to the slaughterhouse? Where was I going? In the present moment the sheep and I did not know where we were going, or for what purpose. On a soul level the sheep and I know, no matter where we end up, it is the desire of our souls to expand into greater aspects of ourselves, and we will be okay. Realizing I was traveling at 70 mph (in a 75 mph zone), I returned my thoughts and eyes to the highway ahead of me and wished the sheep well on their journey. Now I can answer my girlfriend’s question posed to me over the phone: “What are you learning?” I am learning who I am without my flock. a Please read the concluding Part 2 online at Edgemagazine. net Karen Taff is an ordained minister in the Order of Melchezidek. Explore the magic of this world by Kathryn Harwig
raveling, whether around the corner or around the world, is one of the best ways to enhance psychic ability and open us to spirituality in all its forms. New views and experiences open our minds to look beneath and beyond our typical world view. Travel challenges us to see beyond normal vision, to hear between the words and to intuitively know things outside of our five senses. I have been blessed to travel in over 90 countries, often leading a group of spiritual adventurers. While all countries and locations have places that are mystical and wonderful, I think my favorite place to travel is the Sacred Valley of Peru. Home of Machu Picchu, the sacred valley is brimming with many ancient and amazing Incan ruins. The views are breathtaking, the air fresh, the food incredible, and the people are kind and friendly. But, what sets the sacred valley apart from almost anywhere else in the world is that spirituality and mysticism are a way of life, not just a way of thinking. It seems as if magic and ritual and joy are waiting for you around every corner. I just returned from a trip there in May 2011. This was my third visit and I was a bit concerned that time might have modernized the sacred valley and dimmed its magic. I should not have worried. Shamans in Peru live in the high Andes and are said to come down to the valley when they (psychically) know they are needed. On this trip, a Quero (an elder healer) and his daughter and helper arrived on the second day of our journey and traveled with us for several days. We were blessed to participate in a Despacho ceremony. In a Despacho ceremony, the Shaman first arranges flowers, candy, coca leaves, grains, beer and many other things on white paper. These offerings are made to the apus (mountain deities) and Pachamama (mother earth) and, after being painstakingly and lovingly created, the despacho bundle is burned. Participants are invited to set their own intentions for the ceremony and to be part of the process. Doing this ceremony so early on our trip allowed us to release things that might have held us back from fully embracing the lessons and joys of the journey. As luck would have it, we were in Peru this year for the festivals honoring the Chakana. The Chakana is the Andean
Cross, which is inspired by the star constellation of the Southern Cross. At midnight on the 2nd of May the Southern Cross reaches its highest position. So, there were parades and fiestas and just plain fun all over the town of Agua Callientes (which sits at the base of Machu Picchu). Since my birthday was May 4, of course I declared all the parades to be in honor of my birthday. A necklace of the Chakana (which we were all given) promotes safety, blessing, assistance and fertility. Almost every house in the sacred valley has a cross, along with two pottery bulls and some grains, placed on the roofs of their houses, pointed toward the top of the mountains, (where the Apus reside) to increase the occupant’s magical power. This is the way of traveling in the sacred valley. Magic is almost expected, festivals break out spontaneously, you turn a corner and end up in a shrine or at an altar. All of this happens while you stand in a place so breathtakingly beautiful that the scenery screams for your attention at every stop. The world is truly an amazingly beautiful, magical and mystical place. I believe we came into this world to experience this, to stand in awe of earth’s beauty and to learn joy. Perhaps our purpose in life really is just that simple. Travel is one way to remember why we left the spirit realm and came to earth. The lessons learned on a physical trip are the same lessons we need to remember for all of life’s journey. a Kathryn Harwig is an internationally known author and speaker who has written five books. Energize, empower your life with Higher Brain Living™ by Dr. Michael Cotton
magine back to the best day of your life, back to a time when you felt the most alive. Close your eyes and imagine a time when nothing could ruin your day. You were in the moment, on top of the world; everything was just as it should be. Maybe you were getting married or accepting a job promotion; completing some project, creating some artwork, or having your first child. Perhaps you are remembering the feeling of some big dream you had. Feel that feeling of ease, clarity, joy and even invincibility. Nothing can stop you, nothing can ruin your day…feel this for a moment…you are empowered. Why can’t you have that feeling more often? Now you can, through Human Emergence And Rapid Transformation (H.E.A.R.T.)! That feeling you remembered is produced by your higher brain, an area called the pre-frontal cortex (the newest part of the human brain). Scientists have discovered that this new brain has salutogenic mechanisms (from the Latin word salus, which means health, wellbeing, vitality and salvation). Ability to rejuvenate Stress decreases healing, clarity and focus. It also impacts the quality and value of daily life. The new brain does the opposite. When the higher brain is energized, your body’s ability to rejuvenate is accelerated. It turns on your body’s ability to rejuvenate and feel that sense of inner calm, power and meaning. That feeling of well-being is meant to be your natural
state. However, with all the demands of the modern world, we haven’t been able to keep the new brain energized. Research informs us that, thus far, only about 5 percent of the new brain is being used by humanity! The good news is that your higher brain can be energized and become your new baseline. H.E.A.R.T. is the technique that leads to Higher Brain Living! Pathways in the body have been discovered that lead to the pre-frontal cortex (higher new brain). Through very precise touch, on contact points along these pathways, energy is released that travels to and engages the new brain. We have demonstrated this increased higher brain metabolism through EEG study. Energizing your new brain promotes rejuvenation — physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Following a series of H.E.A.R.T. sessions, you will have instant access to that higher brain experience and can apply it to all areas of your life. One of the first things noticed during a 45-minute H.E.A.R.T. session is the experience of oxygen pumping to your higher brain. As metabolism is increased in your higher brain, stress is released through natural salutogenic waves in the body. Stress is cleared out and a shift from lower brain to higher brain functioning occurs. Higher Brain Living™ then is the application of the energized, empowered higher brain state to all the areas of your life.

Higher Brain continued from page 23 Your life has four major dimensions or areas: Mind (all inner experience, including emotion, thought, spiritual experience, consciousness and awareness); Body; Relationships; and Environment. These four major dimensions are all fundamental and irreducible aspects of who you are and are part of the essential nature of every human being. Noted philosopher Ken Wilber has demonstrated this in more than 20 books. The Higher Brain Living™ approach promotes growth in all four of these essential areas of your life. A major breakthrough of H.E.A.R.T and Higher Brain Living is in the energizing of the new higher brain and associating that response with your life’s goals and passions. This energized higher brain response is required to actualize and sustain the transformations that are sought in most people’s lives. H.E.A.R.T. and Higher Brain Living have the ability to anchor your positive thoughts, ideas, goals, dreams, passions and attitudes with the part of the brain that can sustain those positive thoughts. Once sustained, it drives the ideas, goals, dreams, passions and attitudes into long-term, actualized reality. Einstein once said, “You can’t solve a problem from the same level of consciousness that created the problem in the first place.”
H.E.A.R.T. and Higher Brain Living™ sessions allow you to think about the changes you wish to make in your life and the new brain energizes and you feel empowered! Your goals are no longer just fleeting ideas; they are now embodied. Your energized new brain will help sustain your thoughts and convert them to action. How different would life be if just thinking about your goals or life passions instantly produced the internal feeling that you could take on the world and nothing could stop you? Once the shift from lower brain to higher brain occurs and Higher Brain Living is experienced in all four dimensions of your life, your energized higher brain is now used to discover how to express what is truly in your heart and how to live your fearlessly authentic life. a Dr. Michael Cotton is hosting a presentation and live demonstration in Minneapolis to introduce Higher Brain Living™. The presentation will be at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 11. For more info and to register visit www.HigherBrainLiving.com/trainingMN. Seating is limited.
