HOPE FOR HUMANITY

BY SANA A ZERROU HUMANITY FINDS ITSELF at a crossroads between liberation and destruction. We are in a borderline state where we can slip on either side. On the one hand the cry of our collective soul is unbearable, and on the other hand our Mother Earth is screaming at us with its disasters and climate change.

Our humanity is lost in the scarcity of the minds of its people.

There is an urge to act collectively because time is no longer on our side.

We see pain, suffering and sickness from our mental construct.

Children come to the world seeking hope for us, but they get colored by the stories, pictures and memories of our mental enslavement and then they become like us — also lost with all that dirt that had been transferred to them consciously or unconsciously.

We cry from our agony because we are aware, we are aware, we are aware. We feel, we sense and we see what is going on.

We suffer from our separated selves, we suffer from our ego selves and we suffer from that illusion that we have created that is a made-up movie from an illusionary world. But the truth of the matter is that sometimes we live in that made-up movie as if it is real.

And then we become strangers in our own lives.

A NEW WAY We cannot continue, we cannot pretend, we cannot close our eyes and think that everything is all right, and we cannot continue with false stories and we cannot endure to live in pain, hurt and suffering.

My heart is crying and yours is also crying. You and I know that we cannot keep going with our ego-centered lives.

Only you and I have the answer.

The answer is to drop the mask, the mask of false identity, the mask of the separated self and come together to learn a new language, learn a new way of being, learn a new way of living and learn a new way of doing.

Now it is time to relearn everything from the ground up, which is a new way of being and living and doing. This new language is a delicate language, a language based on words that are chosen carefully with care and compassion. Words that have to be spoken from the temple of our hearts. Words that have to be infused with compassion from the depth of our beings in order for the healing to happen — a healing that is from the unconditional love that is cultivated from within.

This is the new language that I’m talking to you about! Everything comes from the words that we put together in this new way of communication.

Then we move to another layer where you and I are aware of all the veils that have covered our hearts. Those veils are the veils of separation, limiting beliefs and pain and suffering that took us away from the Truth of who we are.

The second layer of work is to remove those veils one by one.

This takes willingness, effort and “the wanting” to do the inner work to find the purity of who we are. Indeed, this is not an easy layer. we have created and the memories and pain associated with those stories.

But we don’t have the choice anymore to continue and pretend. We don’t have the choice anymore!

PROFOUND CHANGES From this willingness to do the work we will experience profound changes in our beings, a new relationship with our true self, changes that are beyond our imagination, to finally come to the inner peace that is within. We get a taste, such a sweet taste of this peace, and we know it’s always there because we have touched it and we will continue to touch it. And then our longing is to come back to it over and over and over.

We start to see the changes within. The mind silences and the stories get dissolved. The hurt and pain and suffering are dissipated by the quantum leaps that we are experiencing. There is no such past and future in this transcendental experience of finding the Truth of who we are.

Our true self starts to shine, our consciousness expands and, of course, we will continue, because we start to see and feel everything from a different set of lenses. Our body gets infused by the sweetness and fragrance of the unconditional love. And we extend our inner arms to love others unconditionally and see them with compassion, care and gentleness — and touch them with our grace.

ANOTHER DIMENSION Life starts to take another dimension. We become aware of the present moment. We live in the music of our breath. We start to live an outer life with such elegance and simplicity of being. This is the new way of living that I was talking to you about.

Our actions in the world become flowers of this inner garden that we have planted. Our actions become instilled by this inner fragrance. A new way of living with others starts to shine. We see others with this inner eye of our hearts. We offer a hand, a smile.

Our happiness becomes the happiness of others. Our joy becomes the joy of others. And our sense of life is to offer all that we have to help, to support, to listen and to heal and to finally come together and share this inner house that we all have access to.

In this inner house, we eat the same food, but this food is not like any other food. It is the food that we are all seeking to be nourished from.

We join together into this inner place where we get inspired to continue our journey together and thus it is the ripple effect that we have created, which is a hope for our humanity.

affirm : ‘ this is my garden ’ A Monthly Affirmation

BY CHARLOTTE “MAMA” ROSE THERE IS SOMETHING about tending to a garden that feels good at every stage. Whether it’s planting the seeds, pulling the weeds or harvesting the fruits, there is always something to be appreciated.

This month I invite you to use the affirmation, “This is my garden,” to appreciate the process of your life in every stage. Just as in the practice of gardening, we find seasons and cycles in our own lives. Some cycles might move the waters of our bodies, some move our creativity allowing it to flow out or rest within and gather new information. Some cycles help us heal by giving us time to build strength and self-love before bringing us a memory that points to the places in us that need release and new understanding. It is only through cycles that our innate wisdom can be applied to our lives and that our gifts can inspire the world around us.

When we tend to a garden, we have choices. We can focus on the leaves as they begin to spread further from the stalk of the plant and notice the space they are moving into. We can touch the buds, so potent in their color, all wound up, nearly ready to burst. We can focus on the beauty or we can focus on the weeds. Our choice is in our focus.

A weed is simply something that impedes the growth of the plants we’d like to nurture. So, how can we know with certainty which plants are weeds and which plants are worth keeping? How can we be sure in our own minds which beliefs deserve cultivation and which should be released? We bring in the tools of our intuition and logic, of feeling and of questioning, to bring clarity to the spaces in our lives that aren’t growing as we’d like them to or are so overgrown that we can’t be sure what to pull and what to keep.

Bring this affirmation, “This is my garden,” into moments of uncertainty and doubt to shift your focus, own your power which lies in your ability to choose, and choose grati-

tude for the opportunity to continue to grow. Focus on the flowers and the weeds will wither. There are times in our lives where the sadness and strife are so intense that it feels as if our garden sees nothing but rain. In these times it can be helpful to look lower than the leaves and buds, lower even than the weeds.

We can sink like water into the very roots of our being and ask questions there. We can ask what it is that our soil is made of. What is it that nourishes us even when the waters just keep flowing and flowing? What is it that our roots can grab onto, or want to? What creates our security and stability? The deepest and most profound pain we experience brings us back into our roots. Where have we come from? Who are we really? What beliefs stand in the way of those answers? Pull them out.

Question and prune.

There is choice in every moment, and so our power is never anywhere but here and now. Remember this affirmation when you identify a desire and know “This is my garden,” “I have every right to its fruits,” “My garden is loved, cared for and will be even stronger next season,” and “If I have little now I will surely have abundance after such a rain, and if my seeds should wash away I’ll simply reach into my bag with more understanding and plant again. There will be enough to eat and enough to share.”

Let the seasons and cycles of your life move you, darling. You deserve abundance, understanding and opportunities to share your uniqueness with this world. BELOVED ONES, WE GREET YOU. The doorway of the higher dimensional realms has been swung wide open as the Corridor of Light further establishes more fully onto your planet. The God light continues to build in momentum creating a potent reaction as a monumental wave flowing across your Earth plane. The action of this wave of light is creating vast flows of electrical energy for your realignment into the higher realms.

You now have the potential to shift your alignment to a deeper aspect of your conscious Higher Self, which you can choose to self-realize through the unique currents and forms of this vibrational fluid multidimensional light. A webbing was forged at the time of New Year, as all the sacred sites on your planet were reconstructed and instantaneously formed a multidimensional alliance. They now collectively hold between them an energetic womb-like webbing, which has the design to stabilize and support you in your rebirth. Since the New Year your unique, innate sacred higher self is constantly and actively engaged within this profound, webbed womb, which is formed by pure light.

This entire happening is a dynamic process of change, in which you are fully participating whether you are consciously aware or not. What is essential for you to understand in this unfolding is that you are constantly being moved into a deeper metamorphic process. And know that some of these new interactions are engaged and initiated by you consciously and other aspects of these transmutations are being initiated through your Higher Self.

You are on a new path of acceleration through pre-agreement. This is a movement from destiny, and it is taking place now in your life. The ego mind is not involved in any aspect of this specific process. And it is imperative for you to let go now and recognize how this process is a sacred design and that you play an essential role in this complete picture.

By consciously opening up into the “knowledge of the rhythm,” you align to the pace of this time of internal change that is taking place within you. This is empowerment. This time is about you letting go and allowing this sacred movement, this sacred current to take you and place you into a deeper connection to your unique God light. The action of empowerment is letting go and trusting the vastness of your Higher Self.

SACRED HELIX There is a constant deepening of an alliance with the central planes of the Universe and planet Earth that will continue to evolve over the following months. This period is called “the sacred Helix process.” An unlimited series of revolutionary alignments of light are being formed on the planet, and these alignments hold the ultimate design to open up a platform of reformed connections to planet Earth. This reforming platform will create a modality of communication to enable those of you on the path to fulfill your communion alignments with the rest of the resident Universe.

Remember, you are a member of this resident Universe and you are an essential element within this whole community. Your conscious re-emergence of communion will play a pivotal role within the completion plan of Earth’s full reinstatement within the God consciousness collective.

resonance of the core of the planet. This resonance is made up of vibrations of multidimensional light and its design is to transform the frequency of your planet to enable a new community of consciousness to birth.

This will eventually transform the quality of light that will stabilize on Earth, shifting the pulse of life force within and to ultimately allow your planet to fully realign within the Universal multidimensional vibrational pulse.

Already your planet has shifted its vibrational pulse to move within range and frequency with the rest of the resident Universe. This has happened for the first time in the history of your planet. The sacred Helix process is designed to accelerate your resonance vibration on more expanded levels, and this will open and stabilize the Corridor of Light further within your planet, opening up the entire framework of the planet to become a fully engaging fluid resonance.

The anchoring of this fluid resonance will lead you into the full access of being able to carry this new resonance within the cells of your heart — enabling you to consciously engage through the Corridor of Light at will, and being able to fully utilize the light flow into your complete potential. Remember, the light flow is emanating a vibration of love that carries your unique signature of consciousness of your Higher Self.

You have been called forward to fulfill your destiny through engagement with the Corridor of Light in order to move within the Universe and to consciously reach outwards from your heart to engage with the magnetic pulse that is now actively flowing within your heart cells. This magnetic pulse is electric in nature and is linked within your telepathic center in your brain so your brain is able to respond immediately to your active conscious desires.

MAGNETIC PULSES Your aspect of God light resides energetically within your brain stem and interacts through your heart. This link is an aspect of the wiring that is part of your Higher Self within the physical system of your body.

Your aspect of God light is formed by a series of magnetic pulses, which carry millions of minute frequency settings of brilliant, conscious light forms within you. This is your time to activate this facet of your sacred system.

A natural part of your makeup is the God light. As you consciously engage with the magnetic pulse through your heart cells, a series of active alignments within the cells of your body can begin to manifest that which you desire. all your cells. This opens up a reprogramming of all the transmitters within every cell, allowing your sacred system to be reignited.

With all of this unfolding within you and outside of you, a huge upheaval is taking place within your lives. Through the feeling of being out of control, of not knowing and not understanding from the ego mind, you will need to put aside the third-dimensional illusion of confusion. You must not let the illusions within your lives impact your progress. Yes, there will be moments of doubt, of fear. These are natural human responses.

These feelings are normal. However, do not allow these moments to grow, get out of control and set you off balance. Simply hold your heart and breathe as you consciously align with your heart cells, to the magnetic pulse. This magnetic pulse can be likened to a second heartbeat. This heartbeat is your creation energy activating within your sacred system.

DOORWAYS OF OPPORTUNITY Through the activation of this system, a new experience begins to arise within. As you adjust into this space of being, you are asked to “actively wait” for the doorways of opportunity to open up to you as you align to the magnetic pulse. As the way is made clear, walk through the doorway and move into the flow of light, your current. Allow yourself to be taken and placed where you need to be for your next step of awakening. Let go, breathe and trust.

Remember, you are never alone. You are being guided, being held and loved as you move forward. A lot of things will not make sense to the ego mind. This is because the ego mind does not understand anything outside the illusion. Expect the unexpected, open to receive the miracles and magic of your being.

Full engagement of this system is made possible through conscious choice of reconnection within your heart. Multidimensional pathways have been reopened for you to enter these realms. This is your time for engagement within the Higher Self realms.

Change is upon you, and only through the conscious choice engagement within your heart can you step forward into this multidimensional terrain.

We are to play essential roles in your reconnections like never before. We bring to you information and clarity with simple steps to enable you to re-engage with the higher aspect of your Self. The doors are wide open and there are many of you who are destined to take the higher path of reconnection to your Higher Realm positions consciously.

There are many teams of life force groups within our Universe who are to play pivotal roles with you. We are simply part of a vast team within the Universe that has made a commitment to support you on Earth at this time. Know this commitment is part of our

pre-agreement, fulfilling our own destiny in this incarnation. We play this full role of holding the platform for those of you who are ready, with joy and celebration.

Earth now holds a vastly different patterning of energy since your New Year.

The new patterning has transformed the energetics of the planet, and its design is to allow you to enter and stabilize within a different realm of dimensional consciousness. This will propel you forward to self realize your destiny, fulfilling your mission.

PROCESS TO ENGAGE WITH THE MAGNETIC PULSE WITHIN YOUR HEART Use the following process to engage with the magnetic pulse within your heart cells: 1. Both palms need to be physically connected to your full chest area, which is your full heart space.

2. Use the conscious breath (a breath in and out of the mouth). Bring your awareness to where your hands are connecting to your chest and place your conscious breath, like a soft wind, within the space of your heart.

3. Repeat this breath until you feel your heart space responding to you. Maybe you will feel vibration, a color, heat or an opening. You may see, sense or feel this opening response.

4. Now bring in the sacred sound, LANTAH, (pronounced larn tar). Bring the frequency of your sound directly within the opening. The sound begins to align you to the magnetic pulse. Keep allowing the opening to expand from the sound. Use the sound as many times as you need until the heart has fully responded to your sound.

5. Bring your awareness within the space that has opened through your sound and claim the energy within the space as fully as you can.

6. When this feels complete, bring your awareness back to your hands resting on your chest and feel your body, your feet on the floor.

You can repeat this process daily if you choose or wait until you are ready to continue into a further reconnection.

Take the time to slow down and engage through your heart cells to reclaim your sacred heritage — and be. Let go and open your awareness into the moment to receive your Self within that moment and glimpse all that you are. Motivating Mars in Aries makes two explosive aspects that could explode a corner of our life or help us make productive changes. It’s up to us which way we take it.

Mars squares deep, willful Pluto and asks us what we really want, and what we’re going to do about it as the month begins. BY COLLEEN CADIZ IF YOU’VE EVER DEALT with a toddler having a meltdown, you know that sleight of hand works much better than hand-to-hand or word-to-word combat. You’re more likely to receive a flailing foot to the head than a resolution of the problem at hand with the direct approach.

In these situations, I used to imagine myself as a stealthy and strategic martial artist engaged in a Tai Chi match, transforming the wild child energy into a graceful dance, where somehow I would come out composed and on top, and my child would go from crazed to cooperating.

Ahhhh, thank goodness for imagination!

But this level of strategy and efficiency is available to us ordinary Western folk by learning just a little bit about the Eastern ways. Truly, Eastern philosophy has a lot of wisdom, strategy, and finesse to offer us in the way of parenting. It comes through the lens of the 5 Elements.

5 Element theory, a direct descendant of Yin and Yang theory, reflects a deep understanding of the Universal order underlying all things in our world. The 5 Elements organize all natural phenomena into 5 groups: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water. Each element is a metaphor that reveals an essence and energy. The use of this philosophy in parenting provides many advantages to all involved.

THE MARTIAL ART OF PARENTING

Attune Your Eternal Flame

BY BOB FICKES OUR HUMAN HEART is full of many emotions and old memories. Inside of that heart there is a bright light shining like a candle flame in a room without wind. We can call this our pure heart or the heart of our Higher Self. When we are silent enough, we can feel this light steady and clear.

Meditation can help us find this steady and clear presence inside of our Self.

This eternal flame is the pure heart and the Source of the Universe radiating inside us.

The pure heart is our true Self. It is the eye of our consciousness experiencing the kind of life we are living. During the day when we are not in meditation and step out into our life and activity in the world, our heart flame is shaken by the winds of emotion and pressures from the world around us.

When the eye of the flame is shaking, we cannot see anything clearly. The flickering and shaking of our own vision will distort every perception and we will feel off balance, confused and make misjudgments.

We are more likely to have these distortions leading to misjudgments and misguided action when we empower the things around us more than we empower the pure heart inside of us.

The truth is that nothing is more important than our own pure heart. Any time we react to someone or something else or get overpowered by our emotions, the flame of the heart begins to shake and we lose our balance. If we want to enjoy our life and act to benefit our Self and

this Universe, we must begin to feel the pure light of our heart. Only then can we see clearly what that action is rather than make a misjudgment from within the distortion of our reactions.

The pure heart flame is steady and peaceful. We can learn to feel the pure heart and protect it from the winds and pressures of the world. We cannot control this with our mind. We can only feel this silence inside our heart and love it as the Source of our happiness and fulfillment in life.

What do we need to learn? The easiest way to do this is to make your pure heart a priority in your life. This is done through your intention, focus, and practice. There is nothing more important than your own pure heart.

When you make anything else or anyone else more important, your heart will be shaking and distort the reflections of everything you see and do in your life.

Any other priority bends the light of Truth and upsets the balance of your life.

Feel the silence of your pure heart deep inside and honor it as your true Self.

This is the most natural way to transform your life from pain and stress into greater joy and more creativity than you could ever imagine. The Sacred Heart

BY ASTRID BERGIE KNOWING THAT WE ARE presently entering into and birthing a new age of greater peace, love and harmony is extremely relevant to our 21st century lives — especially when so many are despairing about what an increasingly dark, violent and fearfilled world is doing to our planet and its inhabitants.

The golden age we now are moving toward should offer hope and encouragement to persist and strive to make ourselves into greater self-loving, self-accepting human beings, knowing as we do this that we expand our capacity to love and accept others whatever our differences — and ultimately, we succeed in bringing forth an energy that furthers the creation of a lightfilled new age.

In my whole life, I have never been religious. Spiritual and mystical? Yes. However, if I could recommend one “religion” for these tough, tumultuous and transformative times, it would be the religion of the Heart — the Sacred Heart.

What if a much greater number of us would choose to make a practice — an experiment, a devotion, a challenge, a game, but a serious one like chess — of focusing on being in the heart space as we go about our daily living, decision-making and interactions?

What would happen?

A miracle would happen. At least one small corner of the world would burst, break open and change in a heartbeat.

New age thinking, traditional indigenous ways and ancient wisdom traditions converge and “conspire” to inspire and propel us to remember who we really are. From God. Of God. And we are all One. And God/dess is in the Heart. When we awaken to

our God-Selves, it becomes easier to see the Divine in others and experience greater Oneness. It also becomes more natural to be kind and compassionate to other human beings and sentient creatures. By so doing, we lend a powerful and vital healing balm for the wounds and mistrust that plague our present polarized world.

The heightened technology of the 21st century — featuring the accelerated speed and compression of time and space in travel, computer technology, the internet and social media — are virtually shrinking our world for instant access and connection with others everywhere, thereby creating a global consciousness, a virtual oneness.

This is mirroring and reflecting back to ourselves the new age oneness consciousness that is blossoming inside of us. At this critical and unique juncture in human history, the reason why we are all here is to bring heaven “down” to Earth. This change from thirddimensional dualistic, oppositional energies to the fifth-dimensional energies of love and peace requires little more than a shift in our perception and perspective to higher, more loving and harmonious frequencies. The difference between dimensions is simply a matter of perception.

Ascended master Djwhal Khul, in his book The Diamond Light, alludes to this actuality: “…You are already in all dimensions; only your consciousness is limited to the third. Everything you perceive in your third dimensional reality has energy matrices in the fourth, fifth, sixth and higher dimensions that help to hold your physical form together.”

In the “religion” of the Sacred Heart, as I call it, the Divine Feminine is leading the way. She

is bringing us to a brave, new world of co-creation, cooperation, collaboration and connectedness with ourselves, our bodies, our hearts, our minds, our souls, our celestial family of masters, archangels, angels, the Creator of All That Is, the celestial bodies, the universe and our beloved Mother Earth.

It is the attunement to the heart and its higher intelligence and consciousness and its connection with the soul that will save us and our planet.

Vivekanada once said of Ramakrishna that he was incapable of the least discrepancy between belief and action: “He had the most wonderful faculty of carrying everything into practice which he thought was right.” I am fond of this quote, but I would replace “thought” with “felt.” What “feels right” offers us a very reliable intuitive guide to knowing what to do in a certain situation. It involves listening to the authority and wisdom of the heart and soul, and in this process empowering ourselves to create greater balance, integrity and truth in the world.

The ultimate frontier intrinsic and vital to the 21st century is the expansion and exploration of consciousness. And the paradigm shift of the new age advances the consciousness of the power of the Divine Feminine to restore balance and wholeness to a still highly — yet crumbling — patriarchal world, whose oppression, suppression and abuses have brought us to the edge of planetary destruction.

Sounding the Heart’s song

BY K ATELY N MARIAH MY HEART ADVENTURE STARTED at the Spring Equinox 2016 when I had the first of three heart attacks a few hours after a powerful dream about my heart. Over the next couple years, I had three heart attacks and open-heart surgery. In order save my life I became an expert on the heart and heart health.

I had been aware of the importance of sound and music from my studies of sound healing, so I began to use it for my heart.

There is a symphony of sound inside of you, from the beat of your heart, your breath and the blood flowing through your veins, which you can harmonize with to change your health. This activity is called coherence.

Music and healing once went hand in hand. The Chinese character for medicine includes the character for music. In ancient Greece, music was used to instill relaxation and to reduce stress, promote sleep, and ease pain. Native people around the world used singing and chanting as part of their healing rituals.

VIBRATORY SIGNATURES Every organism on the planet broadcasts unique vibratory signatures. The same is true of the organs in our body. The heart has a big job, as it is the receiving and responding organ that reads our energy. Hertz is the number used to designate the frequency of something. For example, the number of times in a minute that the heart beats divided by 60 seconds is its Hertz number.

The frequency of the average heart, which beats 70-72 beats per minute, is 1.17 Hz. The heart orchestrates a harmony of rhythms that serves as barometers of the heart’s status and health. The optimal state of your heart, mind and emotions and all the processes in your body, including the cognitive, hormonal, digestive, respiratory and immune systems, is marked by coherent or smooth and balanced heart rhythms. That is how important the heart is. A heart out of balance can throw your whole body out of balance.

After the first heart attack, I had a number of imbalances that I didn’t have before in my blood, endocrine system and heart. Some of them improved, but imbalances returned after each heart attack. I am still working on getting those systems back into balance.

Awareness of your heart coherence is one of the smartest, healthiest, easiest and fastest ways to improve your quality of life. Sound and music can contribute greatly to establishing and cultivating heart coherence.

SOUND HEALING Among the first sounds we experience in the womb are the internally resounding rhythms of our mother’s heart. It sounds like the steady beat of a drum or a rhythmic drone of large gongs. We recognize it after we are born, and it makes us feel safe. There are CDs that parents can buy for their newborns that

reproduce the sound of the womb. This is a great way for baby to transition from life in the womb to birth into the world. It helps them sleep, stay calm and feel safe. This would be a healing sound to work with after a heart attack, because we relate it with safety, security, protection and nourishment.

A Harvard Health Letter reported on a research team that learned that cardiac patients on bed rest who listened to music for 30 minutes had lower blood pressure, slower heart rates and less distress than those who didn’t listen to music. When I was in the ICU, I would play ambient music all night to help me sleep and it put me in a sort of trance, which was good because there were so many nights that I wouldn’t have slept without it. It calmed me down when I was anxious and couldn’t breathe. It brought my anxiety down and my breathing back to normal.

Chanting, another form of sound healing, can synchronize brain waves to induce a calm, relaxed, meditative state. Toning with elongated vowel sounds and other vibrational vocalizations help release emotional blocks and encourage energy to flow through the body. Some of these techniques are best learned with the help of a healing practitioner.

Many studies have been done in the medical field to support the healing power of sound healing. With these studies in mind, let’s look at some ways that you can incorporate sound into your day to help your heart be happy and healthy: • If you use an alarm to wake up, find a system that plays music and pick your favorite pieces to wake up to, so you are not startled awake like you are with a traditional alarm.

• Fall asleep with a recording of some music that is created specifically for sleep or relaxation. I always listen to a CD to fall asleep at night.

• Listen to your favorite music while taking a relaxing bath.

• When you eat, have soft, relaxing music playing in the background.

• Work with a sound healing specialist to heal your heart.

• Explore the work being done at Heart Math Institute on heart coherence and purchase an EmWave from the Heart Math Institute for home use.

• Learn to play a musical instrument.

• Set aside 15 minutes a day to do a relaxation meditation with relaxing music.

Empowering You by connecting with Heart Consciousness

BY HANNI SALOVA AR A IN THE 1990S, I had a unique opportunity to participate for seven years in a spiritual growth group led by a spirit called Uranus, who was channeled by a trance medium. The goal of the group was self-transformation through the teachings and practical exercises of Uranus.

The most important advice Uranus gave us group members was that we should listen to the voice of our heart. All my fears and suspicions were immediately awakened then, because I had always thought that my inner voice would only tell me what I wanted to hear. Out of curiosity, however, I decided to listen to what my heart would tell me, and after a few experiments I felt how I came alive and was strengthened every time I followed the advice of my heart.

For example, when I felt tired, I took a rest; I didn’t try to force myself to perform tasks like before. I learned that my heart never speaks to me in the “should” form, so whenever I find myself thinking that I “should” do something, I know that the values and attitudes of the society are now talking in me. I also noticed that a vague feeling of anxiety and self-loathing always rose in me if I let other people’s thoughts, emotions, denials and restrictions influence me.

Whenever I followed the voice of my heart, things somehow began to get in order in my life. I felt that I was more often in the right place at the right time, I had opportunities to do what I truly wanted to do, and I got to witness downright miracles. Little by little, I began to have faith that I would get all that I need and I would do fine in this life.

My greatest insight, however, was that the fulfilment of life is born of a connection to the inner reality, not to the outer reality. Then we cease to follow our own or other people’s norms and we can be ourselves. We trust the voice of our heart and act accordingly at every moment of our life.

Uranus also gave us an empowering exercise that focuses on the heart. Put your left hand on your heart and your right hand on your stomach near the navel, and breathe in deeply as if you were breathing straight into your heart. In this way you connect with life and love, for love streams through your right hand into your emotional center and reinforces there all the manifestations of love.

Focus your mind on this love and transmit it into the emotional center, when it frees your body, your nervous system, everything in you, healing, cleansing, balancing and strengthening. a

Your Heart and its Vision

BY JOHANNA KERN CLOSE YOUR EYES, TIGHT. Take a deep breath and hold onto the moment of stillness and silence. Now imagine your world according to your heart — not according to the noise of your mind, the conditioning of your past, your fear of life or what drives your ego.

Imagine your world the way you feel it, deep inside your heart — that is, the part of you where you hold your own, beautiful truth, free of any conditioning and fears.

The core of your essence, your “pure inner person” is your true, powerful heart.

Our heart, as explained in this way, holds all the truths that are important for us and our evolution. As such, it knows well what we need to experience in life, what will most benefit our progress — when and where we need to go.

The world according to our heart is the reality we truly want and need to create for ourselves — if we want to remain happy, reach fulfillment and continue to progress as the consciousness that we are.

If you carefully look at your life, past and present, you might depict exactly the times when you have been living according to your heart, and when you have forsaken your own truth. When you live your life according to the vision of your heart — you feel happy. There is no mistake about that. We all know inside what real happiness means. It can’t be faked. Our inner “Barometer of Truth” is always present and alert. It tells us when we live according to our heart, and when we divert from our own truth.

What happens if we don’t follow the truth of our heart?

It’s not only that we will feel a lack of happiness and purpose in our life. It’s not only that our reality feels more like a burden than a playground for our joy. It’s a life of struggle, whether inner struggle and stress, or problems piling up on our path.

When we live against what’s in our heart, we experience a life of short-lived success.

It could be that we are failing in private life, in our relationships, family, or at work, where we cannot achieve lasting success, we keep losing our jobs, or capital. We feel emptiness and fear as a drive to achieve more materially, instead of reaching for our dream job, doing what we truly love, thriving emotionally and physically.

Our heart and our life are communicating vessels.

Our life reflects the state of our heart: happy heart equals happy life. Happy life equals happy heart. It’s simple math. And we know it. We also know where to start: The liberation of our heart begins in our mind.

Free your mind of past conditioning, and trust your heart. Each day, open your mind’s window — wide, and throw out all the opinions and worries that weigh you down. Once you commit yourself to the happiness of your heart, you’ll know what to do. You’ll find your own way.

Your heart knows well what’s best for you. Let’s not be afraid of life, it is just life — a natural process, which may be harmonious and joyous, if we only allow it.

There is a simple solution for happiness in life: replace your mind’s desires with your heart-driven ones. Make a commitment to yourself and let your word be the most important asset you have. Once you can trust your own word, you train yourself to be reliable. Then you will be able to create what you want in the world.

Don’t be afraid of your heart. Its vision is bigger than your vision of the world and your vision of yourself.

Trust your heart, and you will find out what you’re capable of, discover your purpose and understand what you truly want, and need, to bring to the world.

Engaging the Heart Center

BY ALLIE M AURER IF YOU WANT TO KNOW yourself, look to your heart. The heart is the beautiful doorway that allows us to connect with our soul.

When we open that door, passion, love, gratitude and joy can fill our lives and flow into everything we create, pouring more beauty into the world. All of our best attributes come from and are strengthened by the unconditional love that exists within us, as this is our true essence. Not only does our heart connect us with our soul, but it is how our soul connects with the souls of others.

By working with our radiant heart spaces, we find peace, guidance and inspiration, as well.

However, it requires an open heart to do so. So often people close their hearts off and build walls to protect themselves from the natural pain, grief and sadness that come from the human experience. But this can not be if we are to live full expressions of what we are capable of. We must live life fully and allow life to flow through us and our hearts. We must be open to receive life and love. So, we must learn how to work with our hearts, and open that space to our hearts.

TIPS TO ENGAGE THE HEART CENTER The following tips will allow you to engage the heart center: • Give love and give it freely. Our heart craves connection. Fall in love with yourself, your fellow man, animals and this world. There is hope and beauty here. Tap into unconditional love that rests in your heart. You can do this by meditating, practicing gratitude and raising your vibration.

• Heal your heart. Let go of the old baggage and stored pain. Set your heart free by lightening the load you have been carrying. Trust that you no longer need to hold on to those experiences and your soul will integrate the lessons so you can move forward. You can get an energy healing, practice forgiveness or do a releasing ritual.

• Trust your heart. If you’re alive it means your heart is beating, and it hasn’t failed you. It has been working for you physically and spiritually your whole life. It is there for you. Nurture it by giving it nourishing food, exercise (yoga is a great way to support and embrace your heart space), and rest.

• Listen to your heart. Your heart will guide you

and lead you into alignment with your highest potential: unconditional love. Get quiet and allow your heart to communicate with you. Surround yourself with people who uplift your heart.

Meditation, guided meditation and journaling can be great ways to get started.

• Spend time in nature and with animals, for they radiate unconditional love energy and are healing, restorative and supportive. Go for a hike, bring houseplants into your space and cuddle with a pet.

• Do things you are passionate about and that bring you joy. Your heart sings when you are actively participating in life by doing what you love. Dive into the vibrancy and variety of what your existence has to offer with food, travel, exploration, curling up on a rainy day with a good book, creating, writing, or whatever it is that makes you happy to be alive!

• Love yourself. Have deep acceptance for who you are and what you are here to do, whether that is a clear vision or a vague idea. Be grateful for your life and opportunity to evolve through the experimentation you are afforded by being alive. There are so many ways we can do this, yet it is often one of the most difficult.

All the tips above can help you engage your heart center, as well as counselors, spiritual teachers, self-discovery techniques, and truly believing that you are deserving of love.

Connecting to the heart space can be that step in your life that leads to fulfillment, enlightened perspective and hearing your soul’s guidance. Going Beyond Quantum Healing

BY M ARIE SAVAGE BEYOND QUANTUM HEALING (BQH) is a relatively new modality that has its roots in the late Dolores Cannon’s Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT). Dolores was a true pioneer who utilized hypnosis to push the frontiers of spiritual knowledge. Almost by accident, she stumbled upon the fact that clients sometimes experienced dramatic healing when their subconscious or “higher self” was accessed.

Unfortunately, hypnosis doesn’t work for everyone, and many have difficulty in attaining the deep trance state that QHHT requires. BQH was developed in an attempt to incorporate a core aspect of QHHT using a more broad approach with other tools. BQH draws upon the foundation laid by pioneers such as Brian Weiss, Michael Newton and Dolores Cannon.

Our understanding of healing is also furthered by the work of Carolyn Myss, who illustrates the role of emotion and energy in causing disease. An emerging knowledge is that our subconscious minds are linked to our cells and the DNA that programs them. The physical matter that constitutes our bodies is really energy, and the physical form that we take results from our consciousness shaping that energy. The Gift of Open Heart

BY BOGDAN BORKOWSKI SOME TIME AGO AFTER a healing session with me, one of my clients asked: “May I offer you a Gift of Open Heart?” I said yes. The whole thing took about five minutes and was one of most profound, deep, joyful and beautiful experiences in my life. I know it is one of those experiences I will treasure forever. It reconnected me with the Divine field of my heart, where access to Universal Love and Grace reside. This is a magic place where the smiling essence of existence shines.

After some practice, I’m able to dwell in my heart more often and for a longer time. The reality I experience there bypasses the left brain and ego.

The possibilities are endless. The connections I have with clients and people in general are very deep and profound — and it is contagious! I can see effects of it on people in my proximity.

I asked my Angel client to teach me how to facilitate this beautiful gift.

He taught me with a smile.

There is a part of us that we forgot we have, and it is patiently waiting to be discovered again. We are all on this journey of always choosing to see the world through the eyes of the heart. In doing so, we change prospective and perceive reality in its natural loving and balanced way.

The energy field of the heart is a hundred times larger than the energy field of the brain. The energy of the heart is where the essence of it all resides. It is unique to every person like fingerprints and, yet, it is part of the whole and connected to all.

There is a way to dwell in our hearts and perceive any situation from that place. This process allows us to see the “big” picture and make very precise adjustments to our current situation. It bypasses the ego and allows intuition to come in.

So please, stop everything and close you eyes and breathe deeply for a second or two. Then slide, dive, or take an elevator down to your heart and fill your presence there with the experience of love and compassion. Allow the white and gold color to spread. Share this with everyone. It is highly contagious and its effect has no barriers.

Practice dwelling in the field of the heart. Take your time and practice to get there. Doing so will open unlimited possibilities. One of them is intuition.

Start by asking little questions and hear this little voice with no emotion attached to it. It will say yes or no at the beginning, and in time it will express in full sentences. It is a voice of our Higher Self, our soul. It sees the big picture, and it offers advice with perfect clarity and wisdom.

The challenge is our mind, for it has tunnel vision and is based in the current plane of reality. The goal is to make it our friend, not our enemy. It will do any useful task we ask it to do after we consult our intuition first. Listening to this little voice will make our presence here much easier, even when challenges and difficulties are at hand.

Remember to check with your heart at all times, every day. HEART TO H E ART Spirit Leaves

BY JANET MICHELE RED FEATHER WITHOUT DAILY MEDITATION, we can sometimes ignore the heart as though it were a forgotten flower in an old vase. Usually, we become aware of the heart only in extreme situations. Like the Tin Man in The Wizard of Oz, we may know we have a heart “because it’s breaking.”

When we are first attracted strongly to someone, we may feel the energy of the person shimmer through the heart like radiant energy every time the loved one’s image or name occurs in the mind. Most of the time, though, the tunnel from mind to heart is darkly lit and, in some cases, temporarily inaccessible.

We cannot become fully realized spiritual beings without open access to the heart.

Often, we speak of the heart without really feeling what it’s like to live there. Many only do kind acts on principle. While this is certainly helpful to a degree, it does nothing to raise the vibration of the planet or help us grow. By wedding a generous act to a higher intention that another receives a great benefit, the act becomes more genuine, more substantive. A generous, open-hearted person is an invaluable treasure to all those around her.

We name and number things for convenience, for ease of cognition. The universe, however, is vast and unnumbered. Radiance can perhaps be measured, in terms of physics.

Think of it, instead, in terms of intensity, for a little while. We connect to a radiant, loving heart more by imaging than measurement.

Picture radiance as tied to a kind of dimmer switch. We can, at will, adjust the rheostat toward a greater intensity, rendering our auric field a force of love and light. Focus the energies so that they radiate out from the heart center upon leaving the sanctuary of home to participate in the world. If we do that, everywhere we go will feel like home.

It takes a conscious effort, initially. I have to keep altering my expectations to become positive. I find myself surprised by genuine kindness evinced by those around me. Then, I enter into a kind of self-chastisement. What is going on here? Why am I expecting rudeness and nastiness from others? Accept it, I tell the recalcitrant, darker part of myself: the world is changing rapidly. Be your innately kind and tender self, and it will be well-received. You will not be mocked or undermined.

The wisdom of Neem Karoli Baba bears repeating: regard others as though each were just another mask of the Beloved. By holding this perception, we stay in the heart longer.

It becomes natural to be open, generous and loving toward others — no matter how adversely they behave. We just keep on being our compassionate selves, and eventually,

that force becomes the more irresistible choice for others, as well.

Cedric jokes with me in the truck. He loves Tom Waits songs. There’s one whose lyrics he finds particularly amusing: several of the verses end with the refrain about “rollin’ over to the lowside of the road.” Cedric invokes the line if he hears me start to become dark in my reflections. He will gently goad me into awakeness with the metaphor from Tom Waits, reminding me to stay true inside.

“Don’t roll into the lowside of the road,” he’ll chuckle and say to me. I like hearing it. It sheds light on an incessant struggle of mine, a daily tug-of-war between mind and heart.

I have since learned to rise above, to stay more positive, to take the higher ground, to work in tandem with the big beam of light now broadcasting over the planet. We are here to live, love and grow spiritually. By staying in the heart, we can be present for others, and doing so will seem effortless. We have to be strong enough to think beyond ourselves.

People often wonder, “What is my role?

What do I need to do next?” I know now that, even if all we do in this life is find a way to stay in the open space of the heart, extending love and compassion to all beings, it’s definitely enough. How to ‘Heart Speak’

BY CHRISTINE ST. GERMAIN A WISE MAN WAS TEACHING parents how to help young people learn to use their extrasensory abilities. I wanted to know if my son was telepathic. He told me to say something telepathically to my son and I would find out. He said, “Speak through your heart like it’s a telephone. Talk as if he can hear you. Beam the signal out your heart space. But never move your focus from your heart.”

Your heart is like a radio that beams constantly at a very high frequency, along with whatever information you are thinking. If you drop the frequency of your feelings, you drop out of the heart range and the message can be received with a vibration less than loving, causing relationship problems.

The heart frequency is 528 Hz, the vibration of unconditional love.

I knew I loved my son unconditionally, so I prepared to try it.

First, I tried a non-critical issue.

My son’s processing disability makes reading challenging. I’d never seen him read a book for enjoyment. I wanted to help.

I wrote down what I wanted to say.

I practiced picking up the imaginary phone and keeping myself focused on love and on myself, because this was, after all, all about me. I said, “Hi, Son, this is your mom. I love you so much! In fact, so much that I was wondering about something. I want to do what I can to make sure you are enjoying life as much as you can as my son. This is all about me. You are perfect just the way you are and I love you just as you are.”

“I also love reading,” I continued. “I’ve had some of my best times with books and characters. You already have a lot of reading going on as you are in college, but I wonder if you might also like reading books, you know, fiction? I love it. You don’t have to just because I do, I love you with or without books, but if you get a chance to read a really good book, you might love it just like I do, and that would be

While I practiced, I noticed that I was tempted to let my vibration drop — to explain, to persuade, to offer criticism, to complain that I was worried about him or that I felt clumsy about my parenting. My focus would drop from my heart space and I’d have to leave out that part of what I was going to say.

When I was done with my heart speak “phone call,” I just let the issue go and did not let myself think about it again. That weekend, my son came home from college with a Barnes & Noble shopping bag and came right up to me.

“See, Mom?” he said as he pulled a novel out of the bag. “I bought a book.”

I have used “heart speak” with loved ones many times. It’s particularly good for passing on esoterically obtained information without requiring conscious acknowledgement of my esoteric practice. Every time I’ve used it with my son, he joyously mentioned the subject the next time we met in person. And my relationship with him feels closer.

I have taught people how to “heart speak.”

I believe anyone can learn with practice and focus, but there are no short cuts. A friend tried it on an in-law whom she considers verbally abusive to her son, and struggled with the results. Don’t use it to persuade, criticize or

correct others.

In the heart space, we are all perfect. We all have ESP. There isn’t anyone who doesn’t know how to use a telephone and there isn’t anyone who doesn’t know how to receive information through the heart space. And to send information through heart speak, all you need is to be able to generate unconditional love. We can all do it. It is just a matter of being willing to do it right. a CHRISTINE ST. Parenting comes in. If your child is really strong in a particular element, you need to use the characteristics of the controlling element or the weakening element (the subsequent element in the circle) to balance that child’s excess element.

For example, let’s say your child is very strong in the Metal Element, using more of that same rigid energy will only lead to power struggles. The most refined method would be to use the Fire Element to “melt” the rigidity of the Metal Element. This could be done with humor, or extra love and compassion (sometimes a challenge to give to a heavily armored Metal Element child). The other option would be to use the fluidity and depth of the Water Element, by giving a greater,

more universal or spiritual context to the problem at hand.
