Dr. Geoffrey Heber our Founder

DrGeoffrey

Heber is a cosmetic physician who opened one of the first non-surgical cosmetic medical clinics in Australia, Heber Davis Cosmetic Medicine, in 1988.

It was there he recognised his clients’ needs for high performance skincare products that were more effective than those generally found in department stores and pharmacies. As well as producing better results in their own right, higher performance formulations could also maintain and enhance the discernible results clients experienced from cosmetic medical treatments.

In 1991, Dr Heber was the first Australian distributor of Doctor’s Formula Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) products to cosmetic medical clinics, the beauty industry and pharmacies.

In 1998, determined to improve upon imported skincare ranges on the market, Dr Heber formed a powerful team of Australian and international chemists charged with the goal of creating potent, effective and affordable cosmeceutical skincare products — and Ultraceuticals was founded. Each Ultraceuticals product isn’t merely created - it’s tested in clinic - and trialled on the type of people who would use it to ensure their satisfaction.

The 10 pre-learning modules take approximately 3 hours to complete and deliver all the baseline knowledge you need to start recommending Ultraceuticals to your Guests.

There are videos to help guide you in practicing Ultra Performance Facial Treatments and plenty of useful resources, including “cheat sheets“ to download for quick and easy reference whilst you are learning. And along the way you can check in with your self-learning progress by completing quizzes.

Once you have completed your pre-learning, you are ready to build on your knowledge with our online Education Webinars.

The education journey to becoming an Ultra Skin Expert is a blended pathway of learning, with short modules of self-paced Pre Learning, including videos and downloadable resources accessible 24/7 on the Ultra Academy to support your study time.

A comprehensive online Education Webinar series expands your Ultraceuticals knowledge, not just on our products, but also on the key ingredients and delivery systems our in-house R&D team develop.

Ultraceuticals offers our clinics the opportunity to gain margin from the online sales of customers who have clicked through from their website. The simple addition of a "Shop Now" button to their own website allows our partner salon/clinics to make revenue 24/7.

Salon/Clinic nomination

When a customer reaches our website they are prompted at the checkout to nominate their preferred salon. If they nominate your salon, the margin from all their online orders is rebated back to you.

All new first-time online customers are eligible for a $50 voucher to devote toward a facial treatment at their preferred Ultraceuticals location.

We invite panellists with the specific skin concern that the product is designed to address to our Head Office to undergo a clinical assessment of the product. The Ultraceuticals brand promise is to deliver real and visible results for our Guests, therefore panel testing is critical. If the product doesn’t deliver the desired skin results, we won’t launch this product into the market. We also require the results achieved to be ‘real’ and ‘visible’; this means results are measured and reinforced by scientific data, as well as being experienced by the panellists and noticeable in their day to day lives.

Real Visible Results

RVR90TM is an abbreviation for Real Visible Results in 90 Days. RVR90TM is Ultraceuticals’ biggest annual campaign highlighting the brilliant skin transformations our profressionally trained Skin Experts acheive for their Guest’s during their Skin Challenge, trough a customised homecare and treatment plan.
