T
he first day of the implementation of the parking fees on Wednesday (January 1, 2020) was welcomed with the appeal of some establishments in Davao City to relocate bike racks to give way to parking space for their clients. The City Government of Davao through the City Transport and Traffic Management office (CTTMO) has started the implementation of the public fee parking zones in the city’s main thoroughfares namely San Pedro Street, Ilustre Street, Pelayo Street, Iñigo Street, Villa Abrille Street, Monteverde Street, and Duterte Street.
