CTTMO converting PHABS into 24/7 operations

he experimental Peak Hours Augmentation Bus Service (PHABS) could be a 24-hour thing and will be part of the Davao Integrated Bus System (DIBS). This after Davao City Transport and Traf�ic Management Of�ice (CTTMO) chief Dionisio Abude said on Thursday, June 27, that they are only waiting for the recommendation to be submitted to the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) to make PHABS operate 24 hours. Once this bus augmentation will be implemented, Abude said they will recommend PHABS to be incorporated with the soon-to-rise Davao Integrated Bus System (DIBS) since it won't only operate during the peak hours anymore but 24/7. Abude bared that two surveys were conducted on June 7
and June 21 in Catalunan Grande and Toril to ask residents and commuters if are they in favor of making the bus augmentation operate not only during peak hours.
