In the social media page of Kapa Ministry Gen. Santos, the page administrator posted that Kapa Founder Joel Apolinario has declared a "week of prayers" beginnng June 9 and within the period, there will be no of�ice transactions. The post read: "To All KAPA Members, Recently our Ministry is faced with OPPRESSION and HARASSMENT from both ends. We need to counter these through PRAYERS
