Mayor Sara warns of city's limitations in health facilities M By MAYA M. PADILLO ayor Sara Duterte-Carpio on Friday admitted that the city has limitations on health facilities and emphasized her adminstration has not implemented a lockdown.

if we will not take action,” she said in a live interview on government-owned Davao Disaster Radio 87.5 last Thursday night. She added health is a primary public concern and it is within her mandate to remind the public of what should be done.
