ounded by problems in �inding available property for a proposed industrial park in the city, the Davao City Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc (DCCCII) is asking the City Government of Davao to exercise land reclamation.
"It is a challenge in �inding space in the city because most of the properties are owned by private owners and the locals and also because of the very escalating prices of real property in Davao because of its attractiveness. It is quiet a challenge because the increasing prices of real proerty in Davao plus its dif�icult to convince local owners to go into a joint venture because most
