Legacy Leisure Residences, the newest condominium project of homegrown developer CrisRon Holiday Builders, Inc., broke ground in January 2020. It simultaneously launched its website (www.legacyleisureresidences.com.ph) and its social media pages in Facebook and Instagram. It melded the traditional form of marketing (direct selling and print) with the new (digital format). Two months after, the pandemic halted business in Davao. But did the selling stop for the soon-to-rise 4-tower, resort-type condominium along Ma-a Road? “When the lockdown started, we have to stop operations and close the office and showroom. across the border.” With the new normal, most businesses are shifting into online selling and marketing, this will also be the approach of Legacy Leisure Residences. They will be enhancing their website to give prospective buyers the experience of Legacy Leisure Residence from the comfort of their homes with a click of a button. “We will also be offering more flexible payment terms to lessen the burden of clients while we all recover from this pandemic,” said Yap. Legacy Leisure Residences is the latest project of two of Davao’s highly-respected business-oriented families, Bangayan and Yap. With decades of experience and successful real estate and hospitality projects like Holiday Oceanview Residences, Camp Holiday Resort, Orchid Hills and Holiday Oceanview Village, they have earned the trust of the locals. The construction of the condominium project may have halted for a while but Legacy Leisure Residences is now back on track. With a sister company as the contractor, they are keen in finishing the project on schedule. “We Believe that Davao Real estate is the shining future in the industry and we trust Davao will be the first to recover from this pandemic,” said the two young businessmen.
