ACKED earlier for his stern warning against election cheaters, Police Chief Supt. Ronald dela Rosa will now become the country’s next top policeman. Dela Rosa, a member of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Class of 1986, reportedly got the nod of president-elect and Rodrigo R. Duterte from among three nominees as the next chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP). Dela Rosa’s appointment was reported by 105.9 Balita
