Mayor Rodrigo R. Duterte on Monday said he does not care about the questions of COA as long as the taxpayers’ money reaches the people. A COA report published by social news site Rappler last Saturday said the city
government spent P45 million on motor vehicles issued to the Davao City Mayor’s Office, Davao City Police Office, Emergency Response Center, and the Traffic Management Center. “They are risk reduction,” Duterte said in an
