HE five branches of Happy Lemon in Davao City may be facing the revocation of their business permit after the company refused to comply with the requirement of the City Health Office to turn over its expired milk tea ingredients.

“The Office of the City Administrator is now seeking legal advice from the City Legal Office for a possible action against Happy Lemon,” CHO sanitation division chief Roberto Ocuner told Edge Davao in a phone interview yesterday.

Ocuner said the CHO has exhausted all methods to make Happy Lemon comply but the company has resisted. “Happy Lemon’s legal counsel from Manila advised Happy Lemon Lanang branch manager Ryan Veroy to not surrender the remaining ex-
