AVAO City Mayor Rodrigo R. Duterte asked the Davao City Water District (DCWD) to pay its dues to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). The mayor made his call
in his speech during the opening program of Pasko Fiesta sa Dabaw last Friday. Duterte said an official from BIR 11 went to him on the afternoon of Friday after the Regional Peace and Order
