PECULATIONS could come to an end once the Police Regional Office 11 receives the official report of the fact finding committee investigating on complaints against former Davao City Police Office (DCPO) chief Senior Superintendent Vicente
D. Danao Jr., and it looks like the controversial police officer could be on his way back to his old post. Deputy Regional Director for Operation Sr. Supt. Aaron Aquino, in a phone interview, said that he believes that the result of the fact finding committee could
