N INCENSED Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio yesterday accused executives of the Davao International Airport (DIA), the Cebu Pacific Airlines (CebPac) and the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (Caap) for mishandling the Sunday night accident involving and incoming CebPac plane, while landing at the DIA. The landing gear skidded to the right causing the plane to overshoot the concrete part of the runway and its nose to get mired in the mud. FUMING.
