ome-grown developer FTC group of Companies broke ground yesterday its P3.1 Billion high-rise mix-use development project clearing the way for the city’s tallest skyscraper Aeon Towers. Ian Y. Cruz, chief executive officer of FTC group of Companies, led the groundbreaking rites of the 33-level Aeon Towers which he describes as an “an architectural icon that will put Davao City in the architectural map.” “From a mere dream in the past, we are now working on its realization,” Cruz said who said he nurtured the dream project of his family since 2009.
