ICE smuggled into the country through Davao City came by shiploads and not just by container vans.
This was the revelation made by Vice Mayor Paulo Z. Duterte who said that rice smuggling activities in Davao City are nothing new and have been going on for many years. “Dili lang na kay container van ang naga-abot kundi barko jud ang gaabot diri,” Duterte told reporters yesterday in his weekly ‘Pulong-Pulong ni Pulong.’ “Siguro karon lang namatikdan, pero naa na for how many years.
