view yesterday during the second reading of the supplemental budget (SB3) that he was trying to win the votes of his fellow councilors for the approval of the ordinance pertaining to the establishment of night markets where vendors could legally operate. “Some were afraid to vote in favor of the ordinance for fear they would end up in court.
