AVAO City Mayor Rodrigo R. Duterte is giving two suspects 48 hours to give themselves up to authorities, otherwise he would offer a reward of P1 million each for their arrest. The images of the two were captured by closed- circuit television (CCTV) cameras in the two cinemas that were bombed Monday. The deadline is up at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 21. “If you do not make any contact with the government within 48 hours, may patong ako sa inyu na P1 million,” Duterte said, during a press conference at the Royal Mandaya Hotel yesterday afternoon. “If they are the ones (in the images), they may want to give up to the nearest military and police authority or sa Task Force Davao or didto kang Col. Dela Rosa”. However, if the persons whose images were captured in the CCTV cameras are innocent, the mayor suggest that they can explain themselves to the authorities.

Davao City Police Office (DCPO) director Ronald dela Rosa, who heads the Special Investigation Task Force Group looking into the twin bombings of Cinema 1 of SM City Davao and Cinema 5 of Gaisano Mall, presented the images of the two persons to the media. Dela Rosa described the first person as “person with interest” 1 with a height of between 5 feet and 5 inches and 5 feet and 6 inches , with fair complexion, slim and more or less 30 years old. This person was seen entering SM City Davao Cinema 1 at 6:40 p.m. wearing a white shirt and light colored jacket over his left shoulder and a sling bag slung at his back. At 7:28 p.m., he was seen leaving the cinema already wearing his jacket and ball cap along with his sling bag. Dela Rosa said that
