HE City Planning Development Office Housing Division of the City Government of Davao is looking forward to finish the building of 21 five-story tenement-type buildings, Phase 2 of their
Los Amigos relocation project by March 2018. Speaking during the ISpeak Conference on Thursday, CPDO-Housing Division Head Roy Ryan Rigor, said that the housing project in cooperation with
San Miguel Foundation and Pilipinong May Puso Foundation will take place in the remaining seven hectares of the total 20-hectare relocation site in Los Amigos. According to Rigor, the project will be the first low-
cost housing that is going to be a medium rise tenement type building. “The 20 buildings will have 840 units with 42 square meters each. Bigger than the regular housing
