TAXI HAILING Mayor Sara, Delgra to grace media launch

axi operators and other stakeholders, together with officials of the city government and a concerned national government agency, will launch on Tuesday, December 19, in Davao City the country’s first taxi hailing application called HIRNA during a press conference at the City Hall conference.
The launching will pave the way for taxi operators to come up with a mobile hailing/booking application similar but not the same with Uber and Grab before the year ends. Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio will be joined in the launching by Martin Delgra, chairman of the Land Trans-
